+ Proche du centre ville en bus ou à pied (30 min environ) par le bord de mer. Cuisine partagée sympa, Chambre confortable − Un peu de bruit de circulation en début de soirée, mais ça se calme la nuit.

+ Staff was friendly. Location is close to the city center. Lounge looked cute, but we were situated in the building next door - so can't say too much about it. − Our double room was in a separate building next to the main entrance. It was small, rather dark, and had almost no space for luggage, with a bed that was short and narrow too. What bothered us most, however, was how thin the walls were: we could hear other guests' faucets and were woken repeatedly by the loud main entrance door. All these things might be acceptable for a hostel, but not at the price we paid here. Sadly, we can't recommend this place.

Eine nette und jugendliche Alternative zu einem Hotel in Galway + Das Hostel liegt sehr günstig. Salthill ist quasi um die Ecke. Nach Gallway geht man gemütlich so 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben Frühstück dazu gebucht. Dieses war einfach, aber sehr lecker und ausreichend. Sehr positiv ist die Gemeinschaftsküche. Man darf selber kochen oder einfach nur Brotzeit richten. In der Gemeinschaftsküche ist ein Kühlschrank für die Allgemeinheit. Weiterhin gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. − Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Gerade im Bad fehlen Hacken oder Regale, um seine Utensilien unterzubringen. Parkplätze sind leider auch begrenzt, aber man kann in der näheren Umgebung gut an der Strasse parken.

exceptional + Amazing price per value, exactly what we needed for a one night stay and good rest. Very cozy, super nice staff, a direct bus from the train station to come and go to/from town center.

Convient à une clientèle jeune et ne voulant pas droit dépenser. + Pour les personnes désirant se restaurer, il y a une cuisine où vous pouvez cuisiner et se servir du four, du frigo…etc . Personnel très sympathique . Le petit déjeuner est à réserver la veille , il est correct pour 8€. Nous avons aimé aussi La possibilité de se garer devant l’hôtel. − La chambre était petite ainsi que la SDB Et le lit. Ne convient pas si vous avez besoin de vous reposer après un voyage.

+ Very comfy room, shared bathroom was very small but functional. 8 euro buffet breakfast was much appreciated. All staff very friendly and helpful. Latin quarter is just a quick taxi or bus ride away. Would recommend for a budget conscious but comfortable stay in Galway! − Shower screen appeared to be in wrong place, so easy to flood bathroom!!

A really lovely boutique hostel in Salthill with delicious breakfast for purchase, great vibe and st + The breakfast was fabulous. Great value! French press coffee made me very happy. The bedding was comfortable. The shower was great pressure/temperature. The cafe area is lovely to hang out. the little candy on the towel (and there was a towel!) is a lovely touch. The staff were very sweet and helpful with my questions. Very handy to O'Connors (the Best Pub) which really was very cool and unique with excellent live music. I enjoyed walking along the waterfront to the Spanish quarter. The bus was quite easy to the train station. The decor of the cafe/common area was super lovely. − There is nowhere to put "stuff" in the bunk bed, and a big space between wall and mattress - I was worried I was going to drop something on the person sleeping below and that the light would be a bother when I came in after they were already tucked in.
