Great stay, very convenient + Very convenient to the bus and only 10mins into town. The room was comfortable. The bar was huge and amazing. Great coffee at the little coffee shop. Aiofe on reception was wonderful. − Looking a bit tired in some places, lots of mould behind the bathroom taps.

− For a 4 star hotel the facilities in room were not what they should be. No complementary water, an unstocked fridge. No face cloths in bathroom or hand cream. Shower was over bath. Cracked sink. Basically it lacked any little extra luxury. Overall the hotel lacked any personal touch.

− Bath looked like it needed a more detailed clean, particularly in the corners of the shower screen.

Thoroughly enjoyable, restful and totally relaxing, away from the busyness of life. + The staff were all exceptionally pleasant, helpful and friendly. The service was second to none during my stay. I stayed on a Friday night and value for money was quite exceptional for a hotel so close to the city centre. I plan to return when I next visit Dublin. − Perhaps a review of the menu in the bar.

The beds were comfy and the disabled parking was free. − Although I notified the hotel that my husband was disabled and would need a room near the lift, we were placed on the third floor, almost as far away from the lift as could be possible. In the allocated bedroom, was a narrow bath and no walk in shower. Thanks to Italo, we were moved to a disabled room which had a walk in shower. We were lucky this room was available as this was not a good start in the hotel. The room for a disabled person was very small, too small for any wheelchair. The bed was small. The pillows were hard. There were no adequate shower grips for a disabled person. Only one by the shower head but none to enable a person to le…

Lovely experience in the heart of Dublin. + Lovely experience. Excellent location. Great staff. − Only one downside, it’s very eventful. Too many social events. Hotel was packed with visitors that makes in-house guests a bit uncomfortable.
