+ Staff at reception and the pool were lovely to deal with. Room very clean and comfortable. − Lunch in the bar was mediocre.

No value for money - Horrible nights sleep + Property was central and clean − Hotel fire alarm went off loudly both last during the night and in the morning with further drilling happening in surrounding rooms from 7:30am. Phone in room to reception did not work and when issues were raised during check out’s they were immediately passed over to move on to the next guests. No value for money and the worst stay we’ve had in a hotel.

+ Front of house staff were very friendly amd efficient. We were upgraded to a suite with a corner balcony. The views over the river of the city were fabulous. The leisure centre is not to be missed with an ice bath, jacuzzi, sauna etc. − Nothing

Better places to stay in Limerick + Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was top notch! − Shower was pathetic, not what you expect from a 4 star. Room was on the first floor near ballroom so it was very loud. Room also smelt badly of smoke. We don’t normally leave poor reviews but unfortunately for the room rate this was not worth the stay.

Bene ma non benissimo. + Bella struttura, stanza grande, pulita ed accogliente. Staff disponibile. − Purtroppo siamo stati sfortunati abbiamo beccato una stanza con una ventola di areazione insolitamente rumorosa che non ci ha fatto dormire bene.
