− Niestety mieszkanie, które otrzymaliśmy, nie było tym, które wybraliśmy i za które zapłaciliśmy. Zdjęcia zamieszczone w ofercie nie odpowiadały rzeczywistemu lokalowi, który dostaliśmy. W praktyce przydzielono nam inne, losowe mieszkanie. Zostaliśmy poinformowani, że otrzymamy lokal w tym samym standardzie, jednak niestety standard mieszkania, które dostaliśmy, wyraźnie odbiegał od tego przedstawionego na zdjęciach podczas rezerwacji. Uważam, że klient powinien otrzymać dokładnie taki lokal, jaki wybiera i za jaki płaci, a nie przypadkowe mieszkanie o rzekomo podobnym standardzie. Podobna sytuacja miała miejsce z parkingiem oferowanym za 15 €. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji chcieliśmy wykupić miejsce parkingowe, jednak do ostatniej chwili byliśmy zwodzeni i nie otrzymaliśmy jasnej informacji, czy parking jest dostępny. Ostatecznie musieliśmy znaleźć parking na własną rękę. Całe doświadczenie oceniam bardzo negatywnie. Oferta i rzeczywiste warunki pobytu znacząco się od siebie różniły. N…

Budapest....e il suo odore nitroso + La posizione ben collegata, wifi e Netflix. − Il quartiere e' mal frequentato, ci sono drogati e senza tetto nei d intorni, ma nonostante questo non sono una minaccia. Doccia: l acqua esce dal bagno ed arriva in salone, attenzione. Ci vuole un po' di manutenzione alla cucina, ( frigo, sportelli, ecc). Questo riguardo la mia stanz B304. Cmq nel complesso passabile e molto meglio di altre strutture in zona.

Cheap quality property for a European standard price + Not so much, there are a lot of not matching information in the advertisement and in the reality. − The property presents itself better than it is. The photos of the apartment looks better than in the reality. First of no there was no coffee-maker-machine there which was replaced on the following day. Be aware that not all the apartments has balcony, like ours in the B305. Partially the curtains were teared down. In the separat Toilette the sink and toilette-bowl were damaged. Mixing towel hangers either in the Toilette or in this bathroom.. At least a towel-heater is on spot. In thd bathroom normal curtain, not a glass window. And the shower had also see some better days. The fixed AC on the wall under the windows were connected to a socket by a cable which was running freely on the floor, so be aware of it not to be injured. Id go elsewhere + I liked the location but that's almost it − The apartments equipment is in different level of disrepair, the shower is missing a part of the door so you cant even shower properly, the washing machine is moving so much i tought it will go out on a walk, the refrigerator door is barely attached and the kitchen is equiped for maybe pasta cooking and not much more you can forget the sauce for the pasta..., the oven is missing its tray so baking anything is out of the question and than we get to the heat... what can i say, new building without proper AC, there is a portable unit that generates as much heat as it produces cold air so good luck cooling down the whole apartment if there is 4 sleeping in there. I never complain and keep much to myself but this experience was a nightmare for me and my family and i will never come back to relive this anytime soon

Aman diyeyim … Berbat tesis , Berbat ev sahibi ve bakımsız / pis bir ev . Ailenize mahçup olmayın derim !!! + Beğendiğim maalesef gerçekten bir şey yok . Ev çok kötü , işletme çok kötü , ev sahibi iyi niyetli değil , konum çok kötü . Booking ‘ i de kınıyorum . Bu tarz evler ve ev sahiplerini incelemeden sisteme dahil etmenizi kınıyorum . − Öncelikle ev sahibi ek olarak kredi kartı bilgisi olmadan eve alamayacağını belirtti ve kart bilgilerini vermek zorunda bıraktı . Cezasız iptali de kabul etmedi. Ayrıca 4 kişi konaklayacağımız belirtilmesine rağmen sadece çift kişilik yatak için örtü vardı . Çocuklarım için yatak örtüsü ve yastık yoktu . Ev eski ve çok bakımsızdı. Tesis sahibi insanları sevmeyen ve güvenmeyen biri ve sizin kurallarımızı uygulamıyor . Rezervasyon yaparken 2 gün otopark hizmeti alacağım dememe rağmen otopark imkanı vermedi ve çocuklarım için yatak örtüsü ve yastık temin etmedi .
