+ Locatia foarte buna, langa parlament. Camera mare, mobilata modern, produse de ingrijire personala de calitate. − Cafea proastă la micul dejun, la 5* aș aștepta un espressor profesional, nu un automat. Lipsa personal, care sa debaraseze. Toate detaliile si datele personale au fost furate din sistemul hotelului si au fost repatate incercari de phishing atat telefonic cat si pe m ail sau whatsapp.

アクセスが良く内装も素晴らしいホテル！ + 駅からも国会議事堂からも近くアクセスがとても良いです。部屋もホテル内もとても清潔で綺麗で、入った瞬間にテンションが上がりました！ また、ウェルカムケーキのチョコケーキがとっても美味しかったです。 朝食なしのプランでしたが、朝食会場もきらびやかで写真映えもします。次回宿泊する機会があれば朝食付きプランにしたいと思いました！

מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, יחס מצויין לאורחים. + החדר מרווח וענקי, קיבלנו שדרוג, היחס של הצוות מעולה, ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד. − המזגן בחדר לא קירר מספיק עבורנו למרות שהיה על טמפ׳ מאוד נמוכה. חבל שצריך לשלם תוספת לכניסה לספר ולא כלול במחיר.

extraordinaria estancia de ocho dias. + El desayuno extraordinario, muy completo y sabroso. La ubicacion, muy buena, especialmente por tener al lado la parada del tranvia nº 2, que en escasos minutos te conduce al centro de la ciudad o a cualquier otro lugar interesante. Al ser un hotel de una compañia española, el uso del español es habitual. Quiero destacar al recepcionista Alejandro, español muy amable y servicial.
