+ Room size ok, close to the highway. Pizza in the restaurant was great − Breakfast was bad. Old fruits. Rather limited choices. Non tasty pastry etc. No kettle in the room to make tea. Or anything else for that matter.

Overall a good stay + Fast checkin, friendly staff, good location if you’re traveling via highway. − AC was really loud, only one window could be barely opened, would expect slightly more/slightly better room considering it’s 100€+ for the night.

Personnel sympathique, mais petit-déjeuner abominable ! + Emplacement au TOP. − Séjour mitigé à l'Hotel Aristos Zagreb. Si le personnel s'est montré très aimable et accueillant, le reste ne suit pas le standing d'un 4 étoiles. À ce niveau de prix, ne pas trouver une simple bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre fait mesquin (une attention pourtant standard dans la plupart des hôtels de ce niveau). Mais le vrai point noir reste le petit-déjeuner : tout bonnement abominable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Dommage, la gentillesse du personnel ne suffit pas à faire oublier ces fausses notes.

+ Nothing − They didn't give me the room I had booked. Afterward, under the guise of an "upgrade," they took us to a smaller room. Even though we had requested the exact same room we had stayed in previously, we couldn't stay in that room. I will never choose this place again. I do not recommend it.
