Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine Durchreise in Ordnung, für einen längeren Urlaub würden wir das Hotel jedoch nicht + Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da vieles in Opatija gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück war gut und die Terrasse des Restaurants hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. − Die zentrale Lage hat leider auch einen Nachteil: Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse und dadurch war es teilweise bis spät abends sehr laut. Das Hotel selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und eine umfassende Renovierung wäre aus unserer Sicht angebracht. Beim Frühstück war das Servicepersonal teilweise wenig motiviert. Besonders unangenehm empfanden wir, dass eine Mitarbeiterin sehr laut und gereizt war und einen Kollegen direkt vor den Gästen am Buffet zurechtgewiesen hat. Auch am nächsten Morgen wirkte sie schlecht gelaunt und war wieder sehr laut. So etwas sollte vor Gästen nicht passiere…

− The food was poor and did not meet my expectations. Another major issue is that drinks are not included with dinner — not even water or soft drinks from the vending machine. The rooms are also quite old and need renovation.

Összességében elégedetten távoztunk. + Központi helyen van, szép igényes szállás. Kedves személyzet. − A parkolás drága. A vacsora alatt nincs kitéve víz sem, a pincér viszont több este sem jött oda az asztalunkhoz, ezert nem tudtunk innivalót rendelni.

Loša hrana + Ljubazno osoblje i čista soba. − Izbor i sama hrana iznimno loše. Bezokusno, loš izbor hrane, a ono što se pojede ne nadopunjava se, barem se nije od kad smo stigli na večeru/doručak pa do kad nismo otišli, a gostiju je bilo malo što ne može biti izlika. Ovako lošu hranu u ovakvom hotelu ne bi smjeli dopustiti.
