A perfect active holiday in a stunning location – we absolutely loved everything! + Absolutely everything! The hotel was perfect for us. The food was a dream, the swimming pool and beach were beautiful, and our room was perfect. We especially loved walking and hiking around the hotel grounds and exploring the area. I stayed with my active daughter and we both absolutely loved it. − Nothing for us personally. Just be aware that the hotel and surrounding area involve quite a lot of walking, hills and steps, so it may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility or those who prefer a less active holiday. For us, this was actually one of the things we loved most.

Excellent sejour reposant a l'hotel Croatia a Cavtat + L'emplacement de l’hôtel est magnifique dans une pinède naturelle très bien entretenue qui permet une tranquilité du sejour. La vue sur la petite ville de Cavtat a apporte du charme. L'hotel est grand et on profite de l'espace pour se deplacer. on profite de la piscine exterieure et de la piscine interieure. Le personnel est courtois serviable et bienveillant, a l'ecoute des clients. On a passe un excellent sejour et on y reviendra. Je le conseille pour votre sejour a Dubrovnik / Cavtat − Le petit-dejeuner peut etre ameliore. Certains produits manquaient de gout. Les viennoiseries et certains fruits peuvent etre mieux presentes.

Lovely staff & location + Staff and location are great. Room was lovely. − Not enough sun beds for numbers of people staying. We never got outside ones and inside was very hot. People also reserved them then disappeared for hours. Must be a better way to make this fairer?

+ Hotel je na dobré a klidné pozici, stranou od městečka, ale zároveň v pohodlné vzdálenosti. Pokoje byly příjemné, postele pohodlné. − Hotelové výtahy mají naprosto nedostačující kapacitu a zároveň jezdí velmi pomalu. Ve vytížených hodinách je v podstatě rovnou lepší vyjít schody sám i do 8. patra. Hotelové jídlo bylo velmi špatné kvality - mdlé a neochucené (polévky naprosto tristní), kuchaři většinou nemluví cizími jazyky, tudíž bylo téměř nemožné se zeptat na složení jídel. Plážový a bazénový personál naprosto znuděný, nesbírali použité osušky, ikdyž už majitelé dávno odešli, takže to vypadalo, že je neustále všude plno. Stejně tak neodnášeli použité nádobí i po dobu několika hodin. Několikrát jsme si stoleček museli uklízet po předchozích lidech sami. Polohou a vybavením je možná hotel 5* úrovně, jídlem a službami rozhodně ne. Cavtat je nádherný a rozhodně stojí za dovolenou, ne však v tomto hotelu pro převážně britské turisty.

+ Hotel je zadrzao veliki dio nekadasnjeg sjaja. Sobe su udobne a hrana moze zadovoljiti i najvece izbirljivce 😀 − Na plazu je mogao doci bilo ko izvana iako nije gost sto se posebno odnosi na grupe bucnih tinejdjera.

+ Soba je bila objektivno bila jako lijepa tj 10/10...lokacija isto jako dobra tj 10/10...osoblje stvarno srdačno − Hranu smo probali u mnogim hotelima i ovo bi naglasio kao najveći nedostatak...izbor je donekle i dobar ali kvaliteta hrane i način pripreme je na poprilično niskoj razini....svjetlosno daleko od 5*.....90% stvari koje smo probali (a stvarno smo ljubitelji i mesa i ribe i svega ostaloga) je ili raskuhano ili nezačinjeno ili jednostavno neukusno....rijetko što je bilo dobro pripremljeno....najiskrenije

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 3/5 – Schöne Anlage, aber für ein 5-Sterne-Luxusresort enttäuschend + Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schöne Lage, der Meerblick, die gepflegte Außenanlage und das Frühstück. Insgesamt hatten wir uns aufgrund der Bezeichnung als 5-Sterne-Luxury-Resort allerdings deutlich mehr erwartet. − Wir waren zu dritt im Hotel und hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider war das Zimmer für drei Personen viel zu klein. Es war offensichtlich hauptsächlich für zwei Personen ausgelegt und bot kaum Platz für drei Koffer, Kleidung oder persönliche Sachen. Auch auf dem Balkon standen lediglich zwei Stühle, obwohl das Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht wurde. Das Zustellbett war leider ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Es war sehr klein, unbequem und durch die Bauweise extrem sperrig bzw. instabil. Bei nahezu jeder Bewegung hat es Geräusche gemacht. Der Sessel, der ursprünglich im Zimmer stand, wurde lediglich zur Seite bzw. quer in den Raum gestellt, anstatt ihn herauszunehmen, um für drei Personen…
