位子方便，房間乾淨，跟櫃檯確認下排水問題 + 位置方便，離地鐵站近，房間乾淨 − 我住1305號房，淋浴間下水非常慢，沖澡水會淹到腳踝，空調的風向也非常不好，會有股風對著頭吹，非常不舒服，被迫關掉空調

Nice hotel + The location is convenient and is close to many restaurants in Lai Chi Kok. It is easily accessible via public transport. While the guest room is comfortable, there are minor hygiene issues, such as rust on the toilet seat joints and a mild humidity smell in the room. However, the hotel staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to families visiting Hong Kong.

+ We booked a "Premium" room. It came with bathroom facilities designed for the disabled. It was very inconvenient to use. They switched us to a normal room with normal facilities. It was smaller and should have been cheaper. They gave us no refund. This was very deceptive.

ไม่โอเคกับผ้าเช็ดตัวใช้แล้วทิ้งมากที่สุด + สถานที่ใหม่ และสวยงาม ระบบแอร์ปกติ มีไดร์ − ห้องพักเล็กและไม่มีบริเวณให้นั่งแต่งหน้าหรือวางของมากเพียงพอ ต้องไปแต่งหน้าที่พื้น ที่นอนมีกลิ่นอับเล็กน้อย ห้องไม่กันเสียงจากภายนอก ตื่นง่ายต้องระวังหน่อย ไม่มีน้ำดื่มบริการ ได้โทรไปแจ้งแผนกทำความสะอาด และแจ้งกับพนักงานทำความสะอาดที่หน้าห้องย้ำอีกรอบ ว่าห้องเราไม่ต้องการทำความสะอาดและจัดผ้าปูเตียงใดๆ แต่กลับมาก็พบว่ามีการ clean up ห้อง (เราไม่ได้วางป้ายที่บอกให้พนักงานมาทำเตียง แต่เขาก็ยังทำ) ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง*เท่านั้น* ลักษณะจะเหมือนทิชชู่เปียกแต่แห้งอะ ดิฉันได้เข้ามาเห็นรีวิวในกูเกิ้ลว่าสามารถขอผ้าปกติเพิ่มได้ ซึ่งไม่เป็นความจริง ได้ถามและคอนเฟิร์มกับพนักงานแล้ว จุดนี้ไม่โอเคมากๆที่สุดแล้ว น่าเกลียดเกิน เกิดมาไม่เคยเห็น

Small room, but to be expected in Hong Kong. Only paper towels to dry self with after shower. + Staff were good, friendly and helpful − Real towels would have gone a long way. Very big pain when you've used your daily allocation of disposable paper shower towel and have to call reception for another.
