+ The hotel has aged badly. AC in the rooms didnt work too well. Same with coffee machine. Housekeeping took my hair conditioner from the bathroom half way through my stay. Still a convenient spot to stay at.

Great hotel + Bonham will always remain as my top choice when I travel to Hongkong. Always feel like home when I checked into this hotel. They are always nice to accomodate my request for the same room when I returned from a day trip in China. Looking forward to coming back again.

+ Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to extend an upgrade as well as complimentary wine. I would return again to stay. Hopefully the hotel keeps good maintenance as it is more aged as I expected.

+ Nice compact & clean hotel. Aircon in bedroom was perhaps a little on the noisy side. Lobby aircon was not working & pipes and fans were strewn all over the place causing a few trip hazards.

+ I travel to Hong Kong every other month for work and I always stay at 99 Bonham. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, and it’s close to the MTR so it’s easy to get anywhere. Great hotel for the business traveler.

+ Reasonable priced stay with relatively comfortable and spacious room. Able to sleep 3 adults. Room has machine to dispense filtered water. Hotel provided basic amenities. Within walking distance to MTR. Highly recommended.

+ Very convenient and friendly staff. It was just a minute from the MTR. However, I did have a few issues with the room. There was a severe lack of plugs to charge my items. I had to charge my phone by the front door on the floor or crawl under a bench. It wasn’t convenient. After showering, there was also a lack of hooks to hang my wet towels. In the shower room, there was limescale on the walls so the condition of the room just felt a bit old. But for convenience, this location was great

+ Everything was fine. Stayed here before. Love the location. Super convenient. They did forget to give me my bottle of complimentary wine for being a gold member. Not a big deal, though.

+ The room was beautiful and well serviced. The local breakfast restaurants offered what was needed. However the aircon in the room needs to be inspected. The unit is incredibly loud and vibrates...and makes the adjacent boxing and ceiling vibrate as well. Beautiful view of hongkong skyline.
