Not bad but will not booking again + Good location but all the facilities quite old − They’re not cleaning the room every day except you requested and only change towels and clean rubbish only

+ It was a good hotel , we did like the room and we asked for an iron board and iron because there wasn’t any in the room and they brought one to us − The room air was very wet , so wet that you could feel it on the pillow and blanket by touching

It was good, staff were helpful, restaurant was very good + The helpful staff at the book in counter, for some reason the card I used to book the accommodation was cancelled and as I was travelling didn’t see the email, the staff member was able to get us back in… THANK YOU!!! − The lifts are slow and crowded

Excellent hotel with a pool + The hotel is really good value for money. If you are visiting Hong Kong and don't mind being slightly further from the tourist centre, the hotel is very worthwhile and there is a museum in walking distance. The pool is big, the bed and bedroom as well. I would stay here again!

Friendly staff overall. Nice central location. Bus stop is a few meters away. + It’s very central and close to every you need for your stay. − It’s aging badly. The restaurant facility is no more.

Value for money at a convenient location + Value for money for the stay. Friendly staff from the concierge to lobby up till housekeeping. Convenience of location as it is close to Ladies Market (800m or 10 mins walk), convenient store and cha chan teng down the corner of the hotel, decent walking distance to metro Yaumatei and Mongkok station (less than 1km). − Location may not be elderly friendly if 1km walk is a stretch, but bus station is just down the corner and taxi is available everywhere.

Agradável + Camas muito confortáveis e wc muito bom. Um hotel equipado com tudo o que era preciso. Frigorifico no quarto, chaleira para fazer chá e café muito bons. Funcioarios prestaveis. − A localização apesar de ser boa ficava um pouco distante do metro, 15 minutos a pé. Com a chuva fica chato. Mas tem um autocarro de hora a hora do proprio hotel que leva para uma zona com metro perto.
