Entspannung und Ruhe mit Aussicht mitten in Hong Kong + Wer kein Frühstücksbuffet benötigt, kann sich sehr guten Kaffee und Croissant oder Müsli bestellen. Die Rooftop-Bar mit Blick über die Bucht und Stadt ist einen Besuch wert. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen durch die MTR-Station direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Personal zu jeder Zeit und jeder Frage hilfsbereit und freundlich.

+ Everything! Such a beautiful, premium stay − The only downside was the view from the pool area wasn’t great, but we still enjoyed our swim ❤️

+ Spacious rooms and convenient location, right next to Tai Koo MTR, malls, and restaurants. − The bathroom features a semi-open layout with high transparency. This offers very low privacy and can feel quite uncomfortable if you are sharing the room with friends or family. The worst thing is there is no exhaust fan. Steam and odors cannot escape easily, it is not expected with a high rated hotel. Due to the lack of ventilation and subpar drainage, the shower floor stays wet and slippery for a long time. You have to walk very carefully to avoid slipping.

Hotel easy-chic super consigliato!! + Siamo tornati qui dopo alcuni anni e abbiamo trovato con piacere la stessa atmosfera, elegante ma nello stesso tempo easy. Camera angolare top, una vista pazzesca sul porto che quasi ti passava la voglia di uscire... ottima pulizia, staff disponibile e sorridente (dai receptionist, alle housekeepers, ai baristi). Non abbiamo provato la colazione, peccato. Hotel fuori dal centro, ma attaccato alla metro (island line, in 7 fermate sei in centro), collegato al centro commerciale city plaza, a due passi dal lungomare. L' East era rimasto e rimarrà nei nostri cuori... sarà la nostra sistemazione ad hong kong!!

Great experience with extremely nice and helpful staff + We visited EAST Hong Kong for a family celebration holiday with school age children and were treated very well by the extremely helpful staff in all areas (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping). We want to especially thank Albert & his team in handling all of our requests promptly and flawlessly and helping us in any situation. The hotel is also strategically well positioned for destinations both on HK island as well as Kowloon via subway or taxi and is conveniently located adjacent to the Taikoo Shing mall

V disappointing for the price + Location − No coat hooks, no soap tray in shower, light switches - all on or none, transparent glass for bathroom area and shower, double room but only one chair, auto closing entry door not always closes.

Great stay made by the service support from the manager Gary and other staff + The general manager Gary was so professional and kind and accommodating Cannot thank him enough for his service and generosity − The initial room was a little small
