Incredible Stay with Amazing Hospitality and Experiences + We had an incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental in HK to celebrate our engagement. Alyss and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it a special and fun experience! The dining at Man Wah was incredible as well as the room with harbour front reviews. To this day, I've never seen hospitality like what the Mandarin offers. It's truly the best and we are fans for life!

Marco, Mavis and German the best staff, absolutely amazing and lovely! + Man Wah is always a great experience due to the incredible staff who work there. Marco, Mavis and German are absolutely amazing, professional and kind. Cannot recommend it enough to pay a visit here when in Hong Kong. The food is delicious and the ambiance is formidable.

Graduation Trip + Before I knew it, the Mandarin Oriental had become my go-to choice for every trip. Although the hotel is over fifty years old, the quality remains as high as ever and the service is truly impressive. Lovely birthday meal + The experience was amazing. Foods are awesome. The most impressive part is that German noticed my friend is left-handed and he adjusted the utensils for his convenience. Mavis was really polite and friendly as well. Overall, it’s an excellent experience .

Culinary experience at Terrace Boulud + Dinner at Terrace Boulud for the first time was an amazing experience. First of all, the balcony overlooks central and victoria harbour, a spectacular panoramic night view. The atmosphere is also perfect for celebrations or a night out with friends, being both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. They even had live saxophone music at the evening. While the appetisers, mains, and desserts were all delicious, notably the service here is amazing. In particular, Janice, Timothy, and June were very hospitable andy friends and I had a great night here together.

Amazing food and service + My friends and I had a great time dining at Terrace Boulud today. We loved having drinks and snacks at the terrace while enjoying the magnificent night view. Regarding the food, we especially liked the seafood platter, duck liver, seafood risotto, and cake. In addition, Janice, Timothy, and June were very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place with yummy food, good service, and nice environment.

Simply exceptional on every level + We had one of the most memorable and delicious meals of our lives here. A massive thank you to German and Mavis for taking such expert care of us. The best Peking duck (incredible preparation and tableside service), the perfect cocktails, and the most delicious egg tart for dessert. We loved every minute and every bite! And the view was stunning too.

Great food and marvellous service + The staff, Ron, Mavis, Gap and German, were very attentive and provided extraordinary service to us. We could feel that they were genuinely proud of the restaurant and the food they served here, which isn’t particularly common today.

Birthday Celebration + We dined at Man Wah to celebrate a birthday. With every dish served, the staff took the time to introduce the ingredients used. My personal favorite was the wok-fried spotted grouper fillet with X.O sauce. The dining environment was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—with a special shout-out to Marco, Bruce, and German. Overall, it was a thoroughly delightful dining experience. I’m truly looking forward to seeing their new look after the renovation in October!

A wonderful Anniversary with Man Wah + We had very excellent and well-served dinner by Marco, George and Bruce on the last day before renovations. They provided a very informative introduction of each dish and each glass of wines. The atmosphere of the dinning area are prefect.
