Upea miljöö ja allasalue + WC-paperi loppui melkein joka päivä ja sitä sai lisää siivouksessa tai joutui pyytämään. Siivooja vei vahingossa likavaatepussin roskiin. Illallisella palvelu oli hidasta ja kaikkea piti pyytää erikseen, kuten vettä, juomia ja ruokailuvälineitä. Kaikki tarjoilu meni usean työntekijän kautta, joten se oli hidasta ja vaivalloista. Huoneet ja varsinkin allasalue olivat hienoja ja miljöö ja maisema upeita. Paras allasalue, jossa olen ollut.

+ Everything was good only thing was no room service and also one person taking orders at the bar pool area with almost 100 people the day I was there. It was slow and couldn’t get my food and drinks fast enough

Kvalitet + Fantastiskt hotell så klart. Bra poolområde, grymt fina rum, fin utsikt. Enda minuset var att det inte fanns någon strand samt att vi hade en dålig avloppsdoft i vårt rum. Ev lite överpriset men absolut ett väldigt fint hotell.

Smukt og betagende... + Vi har tilbragt en uge, 2 voksne og en teen på 14. Stedet ligger smukt og kun ca. 20 min. kørsel fra chania lufthavn. Deres all inclucive er ganske OK og servicen er imødekommende og professionel. Vi havde et Deluxe dobbelt værelse med Sea view, hvilket kan anbefales. # pools, hvor en ligger lidt nede. Den er afældre dato men man kan opholde sig i ro, uden musik og larm. Hvor de store nyere pools, er med høj musik og mange mennesker. De har en badebro hvorfra man skal kunne bade i havet. denne var de første dage lukket pga., vind, derefter funktionsfelj! Øv, hvis man gerne vil bade i det smukke hav. De skulle vælge at lade deres personale rydde mere op, Der var beskidt og flød med gl. glads mv. ved pool områderne, specielt ved den lille. Hvor der hver dag sad en livredder, i 9 timer, uden at rejse sig med en mobil. Det ville klæde hotellet, omgivelserne og deres "stjerner". Bestemt et sted, som er værd at komme tilbage til. Bonus: en taxi koster 35 euro fra Lu…

+ The property was very nice with a great view. The bedroom was more than spacious with a great balcony and view. The pool area got taken up pretty quickly by early comers. The pool furniture has seen better days... Stains on the cushions, broken chairs, food and drink cups left out.. It could have used more TLC to keep together. Breakfast was great and we even had dinner on site. We were a little upset that the 2nd restaurant was not opened. I dont know if it was because we did stay at the resort for the days it was opened or because if it was not functioning. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

+ Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, man braucht allerdings ein Auto, um sich auch etwas anderes ansehen zu können. Es gibt Shuttle Busse, aber nicht so viele. Die Liegen wurden morgens leider immer schnell reserviert , um danach zu frühstücken, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Das Personal beim Frühstück war extrem fleißig und hat sehr viel gearbeitet!

+ Hôtel récent, agréable avec des chambres très spacieuses, même pour les voyageurs solo. La vue de la piscine et du bar est magnifique et l’on peut y admirer de très beaux couchers de soleil. L’hôtel étant excentré, un véhicule est nécessaire si l’on souhaite profiter de l’île.
