Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub! − Anlage in den Hang gebaut, deshalb etwas steil und viele Stiegen aber dafür traumhafter Ausblick!

+ Phenomenal, it's pure bliss, we cannot fault it. It is like heaven. The pool and pontoon beds are beautiful, the scenery is stunning and as pictured. Food was great with lots of variety, half board was worth every penny...and gosh, the cakes. Staff are friendly and they don't push you to order at either pool bar or beach bar, which is great as they give you time to settle. They are very attentive and there are never empty plates or glasses, they instantly clear the tables. The room was decorated in neutral calming colours with oak accents and it had two double wardrobes. The Spa was also really good, I fell asleep twice during the Detox treatment and my husband fell asleep too during his treatment. Anna Maria and Ioanna are excellent. I have had many massages both in UK and on holidays abroad and I am quite fussy; can confirm that they are very skilled, their techniques are fab, they really know what they are doing.

Bon séjour mais piscines glaciales + L’hôtel, ses infrastructures et les chambres sont très jolies et propres. Le room service est super. La plage est une plage de galets avec un fond rocheux uniquement mais l’eau est très jolie. La vue sur la mer est magique. Les buffets ne sont pas excellents mais ça passe. − Le gros point noir c’est que les piscines, publiques et privées, ne sont pas chauffées donc la température est vraiment glaciale. C’est vraiment compliqué de se baigner et de rester dans l’eau plus de 10 minutes alors que vous payez justement pour cela. L’eau de la mer est vraiment plus chaude. D’autre part la région de Ierapetra est extrêmement venteuse sans interruption jusqu’à en faire trembler les fenêtres, ce qui rend la baignade encore plus difficile. Les chambres sont toutes collées donc il y a un énorme vis à vis, la vue et la taille des piscines dépend de votre chance. L’accueil et le service n’est vraiment pas top. + Établissement de qualité avec un joli bar, bien équipé, piscines, soins etc.... buffet petit-déjeuner et repas du soir tout à fait correct. Au petit-déjeuner ne pas hésiter à demander la carte pour des préparations complémentaires sans supplément de prix. − Pas possible de profiter de la terrasse l'après-midi car en plein soleil et pas d'ombre. (Notre chambre était côté ouest). De plus le bruit du groupe extérieur de climatisation situé au dessus était très désagréable. La route située à proximité est très passante.

Lovely hotel in a serene location. + We stayed in a superior double room which was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The hotel is beautiful and had more greenery than I had initially expected which was a relief given its modern look. The staff were always pleasant and the beach facilities were perfect, we were separated from any other establishments which felt relaxing, and the food and drinks at the beach bar filled any needs so the location didn’t feel too remote or barren. The beach itself is great, small pebbles and rocks so water shoes are recommended but I actually preferred it over sand. − It is a bit removed from restaurants and shops but taxis are cheap, €7 to and from the main town. The food was good, but we would have appreciated if they stuck to local cuisines more, any nights where the buffet was geared towards international cuisines were notably less desirable, which was such a shame as the Greek food was actually considerably better than some of the tavernas we vis…

+ Auswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen war überschaubar aber gut. Die Liegen des Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht einem zu helfen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz oben am Berg. Traumhafte Aussicht und sehr ruhig gelegen. − Wenn man zum essen draußen saß, wurde man vom Rauch anderer Tische gestört. Es war nämlich nicht verboten auf der Essterrasse zu rauchen. Im Fitnessraum war kein Desinfektionsmittel, Handtücher oder ein Wasserspender. Der Abstellraum der Putzfrauen neben unserem Zimmer war nicht ideal, da wir morgens durch den Krach immer um 7 Uhr geweckt wurden.

Bon séjour + La chambre avec piscine. L accueil, le personnel,la diversité de la nourriture. − Le manque de parking.Nous n avons pas pu avoir accès au bar de l'hôtel avec nos amis extérieurs à l hôtel. Dommage ! ATTENTION il y a beaucoup de marches !
