A great hotel, suited to business and as a stopover for those on holidays. + Superb breakfast with cleanliness and attention to detail a particular feature. A busy breakfast room was constantly cleared and cleaned. Plenty of room for working on laptop etc in a buzzing atmosphere.

+ The receptionist Male chap was lovely , very polite . Gave us a really lovely room for our first romantic stay here it was perfect . The breakfast was fantastic also , room was lovely had a bath in it was magical .

Staff are lovely, very polite & helpful whist still creating a friendly relaxed atmosphere. + Perfect central location. − Nothing really it’s pretty much perfect apart from the mattresses are a little bit soft, but that’s just me, I prefer a firm one

+ Very clean, comfy, nice staff − Breakfast room is cramped and was terribly busy on the day I stayed there - it doesn't seem suitably sized compared to number of rooms/guests. Selection was ok but not as good as other Leonardo hotels

Very clean but miss the breakfast. + The hotel was very very clean − The shower was so tiny, very dark and old fashioned. Also the cooked breakfast was not good at all, luke warm and not fresh.

ogólnie zadowolona z hotelu, miejsca i obsługi; nieco za droga opcja śniadania + W miarę dobra lokalizacja, dystans do stacji kolejowej nie dla każdego na piechotę (dodatkowy koszt taxi); bardzo blisko centrum samego Exeter; obiekt czysty (nie najnowszy, co widać w łazienkach...); śniadania - no cóż, full English breakfast :) oraz wybór płatków, jogurt, szynka, ser i jakieś owoce do tego, chleb (przeważnie biały niestety, ale glutenfree też dostępny standardowo); wybór nie jest jakiś duży, ale jeśli ma się po prostu zjeść śniadanie bez fanaberii, to zdecydowanie bardzo ok. Obsługa pomocna i uprzejma − Troszkę urozmaicić wybór na śniadanie, jakieś ciemniejsze pieczywo, inne rodzaje wędlin - nie zawsze to samo; śniadanie nieco za drogie jak na zakres oferty

Gut schlafen im Zentrum + Ordentliches Haus in zentraler Lage. Parkhaus mit Hotelrabatt gegenüber. − Sehr sparsam mit Handtüchern. An beiden Tagen war das Dreibettzimmer nur mit Handtüchern für zwei Personen ausgestattet, was auf entsprechende Bitte jeweils umgehend korrigiert wurde. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage nicht ganz leise.
