Nice hotel close to the centre + Lovely clean hotel only 15 mins walk from the centre at excellent price. Nice swimming pool etc. Very quiet at night with comfy beds. We would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff. − We didn't get our room cleaned as we weren't ready when they came.

+ I loved the location very close to the center and to all the restaurants and supermarkets by the back door of the hotel. − Cleaning service are not interested in daily cleaning and I asked them to do so they did not care for my request!!

Fine generally but terrible housekeeping/cleanliness + This is a nice hotel with helpful staff. However the housekeeping is very poor. Left a dirty cloth in the wardrobe area and someone else's key card in the slot for the lights, which felt unsafe. There was a deep covering of dust on top of the fridge. There is a nice terrace area for smoking. Looked at restaurant set up for breakfast but didn't eat there. Looked good. I was annoyed to only find out the day before that there is a £15 surcharge to use the pool/spa area. The gym is free but very limited equipment-wise.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay + The room was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep. Bathroom was spacious with a nice selection of toiletries. The reception are and lobby was really nice and modern. The gym was very well equipped, probably one of the top hotel gyms I’ve been to. The pool, sauna etc which we enjoyed a lot, added a great touch to our stay. We also were able to check in slightly earlier as we had luggage, which was really helpful. − Only minor things: the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Also the bed was actually two single beds put together which was quite annoying as it meant we can’t really use the middle of the bed.

Would stay again + Really lovely stay! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, and confirmed the parking discount for us which ended up saving us a good chunk of money! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable, and the bed was super comfy. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we already had other plans, so can’t comment on the food, but the hotel itself looked lovely throughout. The location was great too only a short walk into town and also really close to a retail park, which was handy. Would definitely stay here again!
