    + Das Appartement war außergewöhnlich schön und die Lage war fantastisch. − Die gesamte Kommunikation läuft via Chat. Teilweise mit Chat-Bots, teilweise mit echten Menschen. Hier kommt es teilweise zu Überschneidungen. Ich verstehe die wirtschaftliche Überlegung dahinter und es ist ja auch modern. Ich persönlich mag es aber auch, wenn ich mit meinen Anfragen einfach zur Rezeption gehen kann. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern eine persönliche Vorliebe.

    + Отличные апартаменты, которые оборудованы всем необходимым, включая утюг, фен, бокалы для вина и всякие приятные мелочи. Четкие инструкции по заселению и отличное расположение. Завтрак по выбору в двух кафе - либо в самом доме либо в 6-7 минутах ходьбы. − Окно расположено в углу комнаты и из-за этого в апартаментах не так много естественного света.
