The location is absolutely perfect – we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more central and convenient location in Barcelona, with everything within easy reach. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation, and they handled it personally, thoroughly, and professionally until everything was fully resolved. We truly felt that they cared about making things right, and the solution they provided was the best we could have hoped for. The room was also wonderful – beautifully designed, modern, comfortable, and up to date. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, especially thanks to the unbeatable location and exceptional service.
