مريحه + نظافه المكان واسلوب الموظفين وتعاملهم المحترم والاستثنائي بالاضافه الى خدمه الغسيل جدا راقيه واسعارهم ممتازه وسريعه وخدمه الغرف سريعين تحس انهم مسخرين لخدمتك انت لوحدك مع ان الفندق ماشاءالله في نزلاء − بالرغم من جميع النقاط الايجابيه التي تم ذكرها الا انه المرافق مثل الحمامات تحتاج الى تجديد بالرغم من الاهتمام بها وبنظافتها ليتناسب مع سمعه الفندق

+ تعامل الطقم في التعامل الراقي في الاستقبال ونظافة الغرف. − موقع الفندق ووجود المنظر السئ في الخارج ويحتاج إلى تحسين المنظر الخارجي .

ممتاز + فندق ممتاز من جميع النواحي؛ بدءاً من الخدمات وحتى الترحيب الحار. الكادر يعمل بروح واحدة تجعلك تشعر وكأنك في بيتك تماماً. أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لكل العاملين في الفندق دون استثناء: رجال الأمن، موظفي الاستقبال، خدمة الغرف (Room Service)، قسم المغسلة، وفريق المطعم. وأخص بالشكر الجزيل الأستاذ محمد سعيد في الاستقبال على حسنه ورقي تعامله واحترافيته العالية. تجربة رائعة وسعداء جداً بهذه الإقامة، وستكون وجهتنا دائماً بإذن الله.

− تم سحب مبلغ 74500 جنيه من بطاقه البنك الخاصه بي بدل من 4450 و قد أبلغني الفندق بالخطأ و تم ابلاغي أنه تم ارجاع المبلغ في غضون يوم و حيث أن فرق المبلغ هو خاص بعمليه جراحيه كنت انتوي عملها خلال فتره الاقامه ولم احصل علي فلوسي حتي الآن و لم اقم بعمل العمليه الجراحيه تصرف غير مقبول من الفندق و محتاج فلوسي
