Ci siamo trovati bene + La cortesia dello staff in generale è stata SUPER, Adlyn in particolare. Appena arrivati ci ha fatto l'upgrade della camera assegnandocene una fronte mare, bello davvero. Noi poi avevamo la prenotazione al Club Resort, ma potevamo girare in tutti i Charmillion, compreso l'aquapark (senza supplemento) che i bambini hanno gradito tantissimo. La cena al ristorante Giapponese è stata uno spettacolo, perfino i bambini ne sono stati entusiati. − Sinceramente il punto mare mi ha un pò deluso rispetto ad altre esperienze di anni precedenti. Per l'animazione serale a mio avviso c'è spazio di miglioramento.

Vacanza da sogno + La pulizia, i servizi, il cibo molto vario, la spiaggia lunghissima e di sabbia. È un resort di lusso a prezzi accessibili. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad accontentare il cliente. Tanto verde curatissimo. Per chi vuole la tranquillità in un contesto splendido! Complimenti a tutto, ma proprio tutto, il personale, dal bagnino, ai metre, agli chef, ai receptionist, al personale delle pulizie. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

+ La struttura è moderna ed accogliente, il personale è gentile e disponibile , soprattutto Arands che ci ha fatto sentire a proprio agio ed è stato super disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste. La barriera corallina presente nel resort è piena di vita e il personale presente sul pontile è bravissimo, soprattutto per chi non sa nuotare aiutandoti a vedere questa meraviglia! Tutto perfetto, consigliamo di soggiornare in questo resort!

9.6 puan etmez ama biraz daha ucuz olsa fiyat performans olarak tercih edilebilir. + Resepsiyon görevlisi Abdo yaşanan tüm aksaklıklara rağmen tatilimizi keyifli hale getirmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Cankurtaranlar gerçekten pürdikkat misafirleri gözlemliyorlardı ve temizlik görevlileri çok kibardı ve iyi iş çıkarttılar. Yemekler ve kokteyller çeşitli ve harikaydı. Bazı akşamlar özel yemek festivalleri oldu. İskelede muazzam güzel resifler vardı. − Binaların içinde ve önlerinde kanalizasyon çalışması vardı ve pis kokuyordu. Odanın banyosu tıkalıydı ve banyoda cam olmadıgı için her duşta banyonun içi su doluyordu ve gider tıkalı oldugundan duş teknesinde uzun süre su kalıyordu. Mobilyalar oldukça eski ve banyolarda çok temiz değildi. Check in saatinden 2 saat sonra ancak odaya girebildik ve 3 kişilik rezervasyon olmasına rağmen oda oldukça küçüklü ve üçüncü kişi için yatak yoktu. Beautiful reefs, great staff, and excellent value for money! + I stayed at Charmillion Club Resort last week and overall had a great experience. The food was good and the variety was definitely sufficient. The absolute highlight of the trip was the sea—the reefs, corals, and the incredible diversity of fish were simply stunning. The pool area was decent and served its purpose well. I want to extend a very special thank you to a few staff members who truly elevated our stay: Hassan, who did an exceptional and consistent job cleaning the room every day; Mr. Ahmed at the reception for his professionalism and assistance; and Messi Muhammed from the entertainment team around the pool for his great energy. I also want to specially mention Abdu at the lobby bar, and the staff member at the beach restaurant (whose name I unfortunately forgot) who served us drinks—both were incredibly friendly and helpful. مميزة + Charmillion Club Resort’ta geçirdiğimiz konaklama genel olarak çok güzeldi. Konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Özellikle otelin hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların ilgisi gerçekten takdire değerdi. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Armia Younan bizimle çok ilgilendi ve kaldığımız süre boyunca birçok konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Gerçekten çok başarılı ve işini severek yapan bir çalışan. Tüm ekip genel olarak çok profesyonel ve ilgiliydi.
