The property itself is nice, lots of food and restaurants. The limited opening hours for the gym and the Mexican restaur + The property was nice and elegant. There was a lot of variety in the food and the taste was decent. − Not many of the staff spoke English and so the language barrier was a little trying at times. Also, the gym should not have limited opening hours. For a hotel, that should be a 24 hour amenity. Also, you need a tennis court

Luxurious and calm stay + I really liked the room, it was bigger than I expected and perfect for couples. Also, the bathroom was very luxurious and big; perfect for a beauty content creator like me. The shower was very spacious as well and everything in the room is modern. The italian restaurant 10/10 if you like italian food. Order ed: berenjena parmesana, beef risotto, margherita pizza and penne bolognesa. Didn’t get to try Tierra but they say it’s the best. The hotel has an app where you can order room service, housekeeping and check any activities for the day or night. The hotel itself is like a big open long space so we walked a lot however didn’t need a golf cart as other resorts. − I think they should have more night time entertainment. They do have a sports bar with a DJ after 11 but it was more like a lights on lounge than a club. They should have a more clubby option. It can get boring at night. Estuvo excelente, Nos encantó y volveríamos en otra ocasión. + El hotel es pequeño por ende todo te queda cerca, no hay que caminar muchísimo para comer o beberte un trago; mi pareja y yo somos de planes tranquilos y allá encontramos todo lo que buscábamos. El personal super amable, nos atendió Jose en el bar de la piscina y siempre estuvo atento y haciéndonos sentir a gusto mientras estuvimos por el área. − Queríamos ir al restaurante Tierra y no estuvo abierto, dedujimos que era porque habían pocos hospedados y no iban abrir todos los restaurantes.

Everything is clean and new, and the staff is wonderf − What I find truly disheartening about this hotel is the fact that when I wanted to rent a car directly from the hotel—a service the hotel offers—the hotel employee in charge of this, instead of arranging the rental through the hotel’s rental agency, set me up to rent a car from another employee who has nothing to do with the rental agency. The car wasn’t insured, and he didn’t even ask to see my driver’s license or passport. Only after I pressed him did he tell me that I would be liable for any damages! He wanted the money in cash. It’s truly inappropriate for such deals to take place at a hotel and potentially put hotel guests at risk!
