Lo peor que he estado por precio calidad + No, es lejos, están recién partiendo y le falta mucho para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. No recomiendo a nadie ir a este hotel, hay miles mejores, busquen antes! Por precio calidad encuentras algo mucho mejor − El trato del personal era malo, no todos sabían hablar los idiomas, como está partiendo habían restaurantes que no abrían y no tenían la carta completa, muy por lejos de ser 5 estrellas, nunca contestaron los mensajes, enviamos reclamo y no fue contestado ni por su gerente. No sirven tragos en la playa, las sillas están lejos de la playa, la vista es la peor que he visto en comparación a otros hoteles. Es un proyecto que recién parte y nosotros fuimos parte de ese prueba y error de manera constante

Beyond our expectations! + Our 6 days experience in Secrets Playa Esmeralda Miches was beyond our expectations. The color of the sea lives up the name of the beach, Playa Esmeralda which means Emerald Beach and the hotel infrastructure is completely brand new, starting with our bed which was one of the most comfortable beds and mattresses in our entire life. However, what impressed us still more, was the STAFF. OMG it is almost impossible to transcribe in words the level of service, warmth, concern from the staff. Just an example, my luggage was lost by Latam Airlines during 5 of our 6 nights holidays, with all my personal belongings, including medicines. Angelo, the Customer Service Manager, offered us to go to town´s drugstore after his university class to buy and bring my medicines to the hotel. BEST 4 DAY GETAWAY + I loved the room size and accommodations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My husband and I went to relax after a long recovery of our sick grandchild and we really got the treatment that we needed. We rented a cabana on the sand at Ritas Point and Larisa Berroa, Mary, and The chef Feranndo made us feel like royalty. We paid a little extra but it was so worth it. We had a cooler with cold drinks and we ordered breakfast and lunch from there and it was espectacular!! − Honestly, I cant complain about anything. We ate at the restaurants, it was all very good. If I had to choose the best was the Dominiucan food restataurants.
