Too pricey for hotel that has only one AIR Conditioner + There was a pool − Only one air conditioner which was in the bedroom. Living kitchen are super hot and the stove was not working.

i went there for 7 days coming from FLorida. + I have been staying at your property for the past four years, and I am disappointed to say that I have not seen any meaningful improvement in the condition of the rooms or overall guest experience. During my most recent stay, I encountered several issues that made my visit uncomfortable: The room was not properly equipped for a resort-style stay. I specifically requested basic kitchen items, yet there were no essential tools available. I had to repeatedly call the front desk just to receive extra pots, and there was not even a cutting knife provided. I was assigned a first-floor room next to the pool area, where the music was excessively loud. I had to contact the front desk to ask that the DJ lower the volume. The shower malfunctioned while I was using it, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. The lighting in the main room was inadequate, and I had to request that light bulbs be replaced.
