El oscevador − La aria común la piscina estaba muy deteriorada el agua le falta bastante mantenimiento los apartamentos por fuera no parecen alo de la foto tiene que dale un buen retoque entero ala pintura y aria común los balcones de los apartamentos tenía el piso de madera levantado y de sajutado.

My expectations were higher based on the images in their listing but it does the job for the $$ + Loved the location of the hotel. Walking distance from shopping center (banks, supermarket, ice cream shop, cloths shop, etc...), a food district/court, and little local vendors. Lots of local activities really close by if you like an immersive trip instead of the overly touristic areas. Also the price was very reasonable. − The online photos are a bit misleading. I was disappointed by the current condition of the property, as it didn't match the expectations set by the pictures. Overall cleanliness could also be improved. The customer service was somewhat nonchalant. Not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either. The pool appeared to have no active water circulation or filtration. Je n’y retournerai pas et je ne le recommande pas. − La piscine est mal entretenue. Les tablettes au-dessus des lits étaient sales. Il y avait du sable sur le sol à côté du lit. Les serviettes de bain sentaient la moisissure.

Eine Katastrophe − Wir hatten insgesamt 64Nächte gebucht. Ich musste nach einer Woche nach hause. Meine Frau blieb. Nach ca der 3.Nacht wurde meine Frau vom Hauseigenen Security bedroht und sie musste im 20000Peso bezahlen. Unser erstes Telefongespräch wurde unterbrochen, da ihr Akku leer war. Sie hat den rest der Nacht auf dem Dach des Gebäudes verbracht. Als erstes habe ich ihr Daten auf das Handy geladen, da ich nicht wusste welches Problem bestand. Als zweites habe ich mit Bavaro Green Kontakt aufgenommen. Auf einem Video, welches mir meine Frau weitergeleitet hatte, wurde durch den Chef von Bavaro Green der Security identifiziert. Erst nach 4 Stunden, kam die erlösende Nachricht. Dass es meiner Frau gut geht. Meine Frau wollte natürlich nicht mehr dort wohnen, also suchte sie etwas neues. Der Besitzer zeigte Verständnis und sicherte mir die Rückerstattung der nicht verbrachten Nächte zu. Ca 1500$ Meine Frau war glücklich am neuen Ort bei Crisfer Immobiliaria in Punta Cana. heute …

A Localização muito boa e a Raquel super disposta e sempre disponível para ajudar............................................................................................ − Ao final da estadia encontrei embaixo do sofá duas facas, não pareciam ter sido esquecidas e sim colocadas lá embaixo. Gostaria de uma explicação sobre esse ocorrido pois confesso que fiquei preocupado com minha segurança.
