+ La gentiezza del personale. − Adottano un cambio non ufficiale e sfavorevole al momento del pagamento della camera rispetto al prezzo stabilito in valuta estera al momento della prenotazione. La colazione era minimale e del tutto insoddisfacente. La camera aveva finestra non apribile.

My overall experience here was incredibly pleasant. I absolutely loved this place, and I will defini + This place was wonderful! From the location to the service, the room, and the overall value, I had a great experience. The concierge spoke both Spanish and English and was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, like extra towels, they took care of us right away. The location was also a huge plus. There was plenty of nightlife nearby, which made it easy to go out and enjoy the area without having to travel far. The breakfast was amazing as well—definitely one of the highlights of the stay! Overall, I really have no complaints. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, food, and value were all excellent.
