+ Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le cadre est magnifique, calme et très agréable, avec de nombreuses activités pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, serviable et toujours à notre écoute. Un vrai plaisir ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les restaurants, avec des plats délicieux et variés. Une très belle expérience, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter ! − Tout était au top ! À savoir qu’en saison basse certains restaurants peuvent être fermés selon un planning.

Algunos de los empleados fueron muy amables y trataron de soluciona nuestras situaciones. − La verdad es que está ha sido la experiencia más decepcionante en un hotel. Mi esposo y yo pasamos nuestra luna de miel y primer aniversario en este hotel, nos gustaba tanto que quisimos traer nuestros hijos a celebrar nuevamente nuestro aniversario. Para nuestra gran sorpresa el hotel tiene cerrado 3 de los cuatro restaurante que están en el mismo edificio y los restaurante que están en una placita dentro del complejo, que antes estaban incluidos ahora no, muy mala decisión sobre todo porque los restaurantes incluidos estaban cerrados. El viernes que es el único día el bufete abre, pues lo cierra para celebrar una boda, quedando un solo restaurante para todos los comensales hospedados cenar. La comida del room service incluida, pero hay que pagar un adicional para que te lleven la comida, entonces donde está el todo …

El peor hotel de Punta Cana + Si quieres un hotel en el que te traten mal, no busques más, este es el indicado, si no vas con 1000 USD para repartir en propinas adicionales, te tratan como basura, sin exagerar. − El gerente de recepción José Armando se encargó de proporcionar la peor atención que tuve en mi vida, luego de viajar por el mundo más de 20 años, obtuvo el récord de mala atención, mal trato, trato amenazante y déspota, casi perdemos nuestro vuelo. Pero eso sí, deja que la gente que le da propina, duerma en los sillones de recepción. Corrupción y desidia absoluta.

Un séjour exceptionnel, presque parfait, dans un cadre magnifique. + Je ne suis habituellement pas très attirée par les hôtels-clubs ou les formules all-inclusive, mais là, j’ai vraiment adoré!!! L’endroit est magnifique et les chambres sont exceptionnelles : literie et équipements de qualité, superbe salle de bain, minibar toujours bien approvisionné… Tout est pensé pour le confort. J’ai aussi profité le soir du bain extérieur, et c’était tout simplement magique. Un vrai moment de calme et de sérénité, avec une sensation de paix incroyable. C’est clairement l’un des souvenirs que je garderai de ce séjour. Le niveau de propreté m’a également impressionnée, avec un ménage effectué plusieurs fois dans la journée, donnant réellement l’impression de retrouver en permanence une chambre impeccable. La nourriture était excellente. Si je pouvais mettre 20/10, je le ferais ! J’aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour si nous n’avions pas dû poursuivre notre voyage dans une autre région de R…
