Det kunne være en perle. Fede omgivelser men nusset og ikke rent . Fitness center hang der spindelvæv ned fra alle hjørn + Beliggenheden var fantastisk og lækker morgenmad . Men blev ikke tilbudt mere end en kop kaffe. − Der var ikke gjort noget ud af deres dejlige terrasse der var meget beskidt og så nærmest ubrugt ud. Deres lounge manglede lidt stemning ingen stille musik ingen hygge omkring baren der så nærmest lukket ud når man kom hjem allerede kl 21. Man skal være opmærksom på meget små værelser ikke er 5 stjerner hotel (kun beliggenheden).men værelserne var rene

+ Die Lage ist super-zentral und das Personal sehr nett. − Parken im Parkhaus gegenüber ist für große eine kleine Herausforderung und auch mit Hotelrabatt erschreckend teuer. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Auch haben wir dieses Hotel am 12.8.26 extra wegen der Dachterasse zum gemütlichen Erleben der Sonnenfinsternis gebucht, als wir dann nach oben wollten, war sie wegen einer „privaten Veranstaltung“ geschlossen. Wäre schön gewesen, das vorher zu wissen. Daher keine volle Punktzahl für die Lage.

+ Excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen, very nice staff, and lovely breakfasts. Also the rooms in the back are very quiet − The rooms are a little on the small side — there could be more space to unpack instead of an overpriced and unnecessary mini-bar for which they take a large deposit

Tilfredsstillende. Men havde forventet mere plads til denne pris + ingen buffet. God og meget mad. Meget venlig personale. klar til at hjælpe. renlighed. God seng. Ikke meget støj. God indretning af bygning. − ingen god spejl. for lidt plads i skab til kjoler og jakkesæt. Små værelser. Man kan ikke overføre regning mht. drikkevarer osv. til værelset. Gerne flere handklæder (de store).

Non male, ma non benissimo. + Lo staff è stato gentile, ma ho avuto diversi problemi durante il soggiorno, non lo consiglierei. Il phon è il top. Unica vera chicca dell’hotel. − Ho avuto un black out in camera dopo un’evacuazione dell’intero hotel inspiegabile. Mi hanno assegnato un’altra camera dopo un paio di ore, senza l’upgrade promesso. Secondo me la palestra e gli spazi comuni non sono troppo puliti. Ho provato a lavorare nel patio ma non c’era elettricità e il giorno prima non era accessibile. La camera non la trovo per niente comoda. Solo il bagno andava bene per la pulizia.

Mjög fín + Staðsetningin frábær ! Morgunmaturinn góður. − Vantaði hillur og fráleggsaðstöðu á baðherbergi. Sturtan MJÖG kraftlaus. Hefði líka verið gott að hafa sköfu við sturtuna til að skafa vatn sem vildi fara fram. Svo hefði líka verið gott að geta stýrt sjálfur AC.

Ideally located hotel with excellent staff (and great breakfast)! + Staff was exceptional, very friendly, helpful, accommodating and always responsive. Location was excellent, walking distance to most attractions in the city, as well as shopping and dining. Nearby metro station made it easy to go anywhere else. Very clean property with good maintenance. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices (including very healthy ones). Room was quiet even though it faced a major street and the hotel was very centrally located. − The overall design of the room and bathroom made it difficult to unpack and have things on hand. Had to use luggage as additional drawer. This is a flaw with many hotels in many countries (including US). Ideally there should be nightstands on either side of bed, with drawers; a chest of drawers; a closet that can fit more than a few items. Bathroom should have counter space and shelves to put things and keep handy. And lighting was too dim in bathroom and overly complic…
