Great, helpfull and lovely location + Simone helped us a lot. I booked sadly the wrong room (a single bedroom), but luckily she was able to help us that we could stay the night with the two of us in the hotel! Also it was very clean and the staff was really nice.

Nettes, kleines Hotel in Vesterbrø, einem interessanten, nicht so touristischem Stadtteil + Ruhige Lage. Kleine, aber zweckmässige und nett eingerichtete Zimmer. Der Bahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Toll war die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt (sogar mit Sauna, haben wir aber nicht getestet). Das Frühstück war gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. zum essengehen ist mehr als genug in der Nähe. − Ein guter Kaffeeeautomat mit Cappichino und Co fehlte mir. Es gab nur Filterkaffee im Warmhaltebehälter zum Frühstück.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend. + I liked the digital key that they had available. − The staff were really rude. Non of them would say hi and service was really bad. They always treated you like they were doing you a favor that they didn’t want to do. It was a very pricey room for SUCH a small and uncomfortable room that didn’t include breakfast or anything so I expected the service to be really good but wasn’t. There was this dripping sound in the bathroom my entire stay. By the end I was late for the airport and didn’t know where the key was and I got charged 35 dkk for it which I thought was so expensive.

Nice staff, nice residential area if you don't mind taking the metro to the main attractions + The hotel is located in a nice residential area; the staff efficient and professional, when I disliked my room after the first night, they changed it to same category, but more quiet and overlooking the courtyard, which worked for me, nice breakfast was included − I stayed in Copenhagen a week before my stay at the Sct. Thomas at Borgersgade, so I had to get used to new, not as central location. There are several stairs leading to the reception and the lift and I had a heavy suitcase I had to drag up the stairs, breakfast room dark, located below the street level
