Delightful stay in the best located hotel in Prague + Our room was in the original part of the building and quite spacious, with high ceilings and casement windows that actually opened - always a bonus in modern hotels! Staff were helpful and attentive - even the doorman always ready with an umbrella or directions if needed! Hotel location was in our opinion the best in Prague - next to Charles Bridge and all major attractions - why would you stay anywhere else! − A minor point, but perhaps a few more casual bistros or cafes on the premises.

Four Seasons Never Disappoints + My wife and I prefer independently owned hotels while staying in Europe, but I'm glad we chose the Four Seasons for our week long visit to Prague. We upgraded to a two-story suite with views of Prague Castle. If available, you should too. Anyone who has stayed at a Four Seasons knows what you're going to get...impeccably clean room, great bed / linens, helpful concierge, dependable car service, etc. Four Seasons Prague lived up to the Four Seasons reputation...and surpassed it with super friendly staff...this became increasingly noticeable as we spent more time in Prague, where the people are so reserved, it's easy to mistake their demeanor with coldness.

You know it’s good because it’s a Four Seasons + We have stayed at many Four Seasons Hotels, our favorite being Four Seasons Surf Club Surfside, Florida. Not fair to compare the two, as the Prague property is not a resort. It’s centrally located walking to all shopping and the old town and Jewish quarter. It is picturesque as it sits on the river looking out at the Charles Bridge and the Castle. Definitely request a room with this view. The outdoor eating area is lovely. Breakfast offers a small nice menu in addition to a buffet. The staff is friendly and welcoming and as with all Four Seasons very service oriented. Everyone knows you by name. There is one thing that I found curious and could not really get a satisfactory answer. They have two lovely outdoor patio areas. One, my understanding is used for private dinner reservations. 4 table limit. The other is a lower level outdoor area with tables and chairs that had been used as a pizza restaurant which it no longer is. But why are…

Prague FS + The staff is incredible - the valets greeted us with enthusiasm every time, the concierge was very helpful, and the reception team is truly superb. The common spaces are beautiful and luxurious. We ate at the restaurant 2x for breakfast, and it was very good. The hotel location is perfect - across the street from Old Town, on the river, and a block from the Charles Bridge. The only negative is that the room was very dated. We upgraded to a 2-level spacious suite that had a terrace and side view of the Charles River. But we paid a lot ($1400+ USD per night) for 1990s interior with outdated fixtures, flooring and furniture. The hotel needs to renovate its rooms, or charge much less.

Heaven in Prague! + I'm sad I did not wake up in our beautiful grand suite at the four seasons. I don't think I can rate this place enough! from the moment the car door opened, it was just heaven! the staff is so knowledgable they assisted me with every reservation, information regarding sight seeing and places to go. To the DELICIOUS! amazing breakfast with the most kind staff, Our suite was on the top floor with lots of windows and large living area, dining, and our. master bedroom with spacious walk in closet and ensuite was just perfection!! if I could give 1000 stars I would!!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PRAGUE! and a short walk to the luxury shops was the icing on the cake!

+ The location was key. A stones throw from Charles Bridge and you can walk to the main square within 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were attentive and very accommodating.

Would look for another luxury hotel in Prague next time + The location of this Four Seasons is great. − Compared to other Four Seasons i found this one a real let down. Really out of date and not in great condition.
