Grandioser Ausblivk und wunderschöne Mountain-Bungalows + Tolle modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Mountainbungalows, tolle Natur drumherum - wir haben Tukane und Papageien gesehen. Kostenlose heiße Quellen - das Beste: der Ausblick vom Restaurant! Einmalig. − Poolbereich ist sehr groß, könnte etwas natürlicher in die Umgebung integriert werden

+ Activities were fun and great hotspring. The updated cabins had AC and were well worth it. The staff were friendly and hospitable. There's a lot of day tours that come by but it never felt overrun. − We were given wrong information on where to meet to do the night walk so missed out on that. Also did not like other guests and kids pestering wildlife and throwing food at them. While it should be self explanatory, perhaps a few signs are needed to remind people to leave wild life alone.

+ Loved the location. Beautiful and the mirador restaurant overlooked the volcano, valley, and ocean. Loved that hot springs admission was included.

Great visit to enjoy peaceful setting and the hot springs + The cabins were nice. Nice to have the outdoor sitting area and hammock. Love the inclusion of the hot springs and tractor ride there was really enjoyable − The breakfast - we all had stomachaches after eating it

Schöne Lage, Preise z.T. zu hoch. + Wir hatten ein Mountain-View Apartment gebucht und mit 3 Personen bewohnt. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente waren toll, das Apartment war gemütlich und sauber und eines der wenigen auf unserer Reise, das kein Feuchtigkeitsproblem hatte. Schön war auch die eigene Terrasse mit Hängematte von der aus wir abends die Papageien-Kolonie beobachten konnten. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge waren auf der Terrasse des Restaurants La Montaña zu sehen. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich. Das Essen war ok. − Insgesamt ist die Anlage schon sehr touristisch. Das Essen ist für die Qualität verhältnismäßig teuer (z.B. Pizza aus belegtem Fertigteig). Die von der Unterkunft angebotenen Aktivitäten waren ebenfalls relativ teuer (1x Wasserrutsche 25$). Wir haben deshalb selber Unternehmungen gemacht, was man in der Gegend sehr gut kann.

Nice location, but two days was enough for us. + Our lodge was in a great location, with easy access to the pick-up point for the hot springs. − The food selection in the restaurant was quite limited, and since the property is in a very isolated location, eating elsewhere wasn't really an option. The road leading to the property was also in very poor condition. Perhaps it was because we visited during the low season, but the whole place felt a little empty and lacked atmosphere. We also found the activities offered to be somewhat expensive compared with what you actually get.

Tolle Lage! + Die heißen Quellen sind im Preis inbegriffen! Man wird mit dem Traktor hingefahren. Das alleine war ein Erlebnis für die Kinder! Restaurant ist auch super und hat einen tollen Ausblick. − Unterkünfte sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ganz dunkel.

Wenn das Personal netter gewesen wäre, hätten wir es viel schöner gefunden. Schade! + Die Aussicht von der Terrasse beim Essen war fantastisch. Insgesamt sehr abgelegen, aber wirklich schöne, sehr weitläufige Anlage. Wasserrutsche war zwar teuer aber wirklich sehr lustig. − Das Personal beim Ziplinen war leider maximal unfreundlich. Das war sehr schade. Obwohl fast nichts los war, waren sie total hektisch und man konnte das Erlebnis gar nicht genießen. Lediglich der Fotograf war super freundlich. Die einzelnen Angebote waren sehr teuer.
