    Amazing staff, food, and support for a professional conference. + Amazing staff food, and event support for a 5 day conference we held with 80+ professionals and their families. Harold went out of his way to accommodate changes in weather, line up excursions and rides, and provide guests with an amazing experience. As an example, 20 of the flights into San Jose were delayed. I don't think Harold slept because of having to reorganize shuttles to get everyone in safely. So much to do in Jacó and the neighboring area.

    Excellent and Exquisite! + This resort was exquisite! From the hospitality and warmth of the staff to the food to the grounds, everything was lovely. We felt so comfortable and pampered!
