+ El alojamiento es muy cómodo, las habitaciones y baño muy espaciosas y el personal encantador. − Pequeños detalles de mantenimiento que lo podrían mejorar, ya que es un alojamiento con estilo clásico, podrían tener algo más cuidados los muebles, o el futbolín y el billar.

Descent, but could have been better + Breakfast buffet was rich and delicious − Old fashioned style, facilities may need a renovation, road to hotel’s parking lot (must have been a past assembly hall) is narrowed and it gets quite stressful to move in and out, towels policy is irrationally strict

Heel fijn om te verblijven met veel faciliteiten + Mooie, ruime kamer die schoon is. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Die ook zonder moeite de huurauto parkeerde toen ik deze niet gedraaid kreeg. Goede service. Mooie tuin en mooi zwembad. Erg goed ontbijt!! Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen! − De parkeergarage 😉, het was best stijl naar beneden en krap om te draaien. Maar dat ligt meer aan mijn vaardigheden met een net ontvangen huurauto. Zonder problemen parkeren ze de auto voor je.

Hotel maravilloso con parking malo + Me gustó que estaba limpísimo, la piscina estaba bien y el personal de recepción, mantenimiento y restaurante eran muy amables − No me gustó el parking, deberían hacer algo porque un salón de comidas no es lugar para aparcar coches. Si uno aparca mal, no puedes salir.

foi muito decepcionante/ + o hotel foi compreensível e nos reembolsou uma noite. Saímos antes do planejado. − o quarto tinha muita umidade. As janelas não abriam, então no quarto não entrava luz e não ventilava. No banheiro também não tinha janela. Muito diferente das fotos aqui do booking, onde aparece um quarto lindo com duas portas de varanda abertas. Eu sou muito alérgica, então sobrevivi tomando anti-alérgico. A comida do café da manhã não é boa. Ovos ressecados, suco artificial, café queimado. E os estofados do restaurante estão todos manchados, umidos e com aparência suja. O hotel possui muitas escadas, o estacionamento fica num buraco. Não tem acessibilidade e essa informação não está clara no anúncio.

+ El entorno del hotel es precioso, hay un lindo jardín y dos piscinas. La habitación es bonita y cómoda. Cuenta con un buen restaurante, donde las personas son muy amables, y la comida muy rica. − El atendimiento en recepción es muy frío y hay poca empatia con los clientes, son muy estrictos. Hay muchísimas escaleras por toda parte, y el ascensor vive fuera de servicio - se nota por lo antiguo del aviso y los comentarios sobre el hotel. Menos mal que ayudan con las maletas.

Good option for a small stay at Manuel Antonio. Not outstanding, but doing a really good job + Ideal location to reach Manuel Antonio s parc entrance. Nice pool and garden. Breakfast ok. Rooms are confortable and functional. − Not easy to access the parking. A little bit expensive

Mejoras necesarias para ser un hotel 4 estrellas + La piscina privada que daba a nuestra habitación fue un punto a favor. El hotel tiene bastantes zonas verdes, lo que le da atractivo. Además, buena ubicación, ya que se sitúa justo enfrente a un centro comercial de restauración con varias opciones para comer, y a escasos minutos en coche del Parque Nacional de Manuel Antonio. − Lo que no nos gustó fue que el mobiliario de la habitación estaba bastante anticuado, y la habitación olía mucho a humedad. Además, las instalaciones en general están descuidadas para ser un hotel 4 estrellas. El desayuno tiene la variedad típica de los hoteles, aunque hubo un día en que bajamos un poco más tarde a desayunar, y no quedaba de la mitad de cosas.

+ Clean, comfortable room. Food was delicious and staff in restaurant were very nice. − Receptionist was not welcoming at all when we arrived. The walk to the room was difficult down a steep hill to climb back up stairs lugging heavy bags. They made transportation arrangements for me to go to airport and did not tell me I needed cash on hand to pay. Poor communication. Staff at front desk made me feel like I bothered them.
