A very good location distant from La Fortuna to enjoy Nature. + The location and the organization of the stay thanks to the excellent Lorena. − The restaurant could be better with a better organization.

+ El entorno es precioso aunque no llegamos a ver el volcán por la lluvia. La piscina y el jacuzzi genial y el personal muy atento y amable. − La falta de opciones para comer. El restaurante es un poco caro y nos hubiera gustado un sitio donde picar algo en un ambiente más relajado.

Wonderful location and excellent views. + Fantastic, up in the mountains location with nature trails on site. It rained a ton but the gardens were beautiful and the view from the porch can't be matched. − Given the level of humidity, a dehumidifer or a/c unit would have helped to dry things out a bit. The restaurant was just average.

A quality lodge in a perfect location. Great facilities and activities matching the high price. + The room was well maintained and cleaned daily. The view was spectacular and the wildlife was close and diverse. Very good breakfast with good variety. Dinner menu was extensive and good quality. The walking tracks and gardens were well maintained, and the included some free activites well worth participating in. The museum is worth a visit with good infomation. A very secluded and secured site. − Yes, it is a cloud forest, and you expect rain, but 4 days across 3 nights and we glimped the volcano for one 5 minute period. It is an expensive offering only reconciled by the obvious quality experience.

+ Las habitaciones, los senderos y la atención del personal. − Creo que tienen un problema a resolver con el acceso al hotel. Nosotros estuvimos 2 días y tuvimos problemas de acceso por el puente que cruza el río.

Un lieu incontournable où séjourner à Arenal + Un lodge tout confort situé en plein milieu du parc National Arenal. La terrasse de l’hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur le volcan et le lac d’Arenal et un formidable point d’observation des oiseaux qui pullulent. Les chambres sont confortables et l’hôtel offre de belles excursions. Le soin au spa était fabuleux. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu le temps d’explorer le parc de l’hôtel. − L’excursion au volcan Arenal prise via l’hôtel a été extrêmement décevante et nous aurions dû privilégier un tour dans le parc de l’hôtel avec une de leur guide. Néanmoins l’hôtel a été réactif et nous à rembourser l’excursion. Le personnel du restaurant mériterait d’être davantage accueillant et chaleureux

+ Site exceptionnel. Sentiers très intéressants. Plantations de conifères unique. Magnifique restaurant. − Rapport qualité-prix à peaufiner car peu d'espace dans la chambre et peu d'insonorisation. Manque un mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Manque de prises électriques. Manque de lumière d'appoint extérieure. Qualité des plats à améliorer. Trop de sucres et pas assez de légumes frais dans les menus enfants.

Enclave bonito pero sabor agridulce + El enclave donde se encuentra el hotel es único. El desayuno muy rico − Cuando llegamos a hacer el check in, la chica que nos atendió muy borde y con pocas ganas de estar ahí. Cuando estás de vacaciones y llegas a un hotel que “barato no es” y recibes esa atención te quedas bastante chafado y la experiencia no es igual. En cambio la gente del desayuno encantadora.

+ Een mooie ruime kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Leuk observatory deck met mooi uitzicht. Leuke uitkijktoren "het nest". − Voor de prijs hadden we misschien wat meer verwacht. Er was op de kamer alleen een koffiemaker. Het restaurant was toch wat duurder geprijsd en miste wat gezelligheid dat je even ergens iets kon drinken. Er was blijkbaar ergens op het terrein wel zo'n plek, maar daar zijn we niet geweest, of wel, maar toen was het dicht. De wandelingen waren, mooi, wel veel open velden en grote wegen, niet zo heel erg dicht bos wat we misschien meer verwacht hadden. We hadden ook heel veel regen, wat niet heel erg hielp met de beleving. Dan zie je gewoon ook erg weinig dieren. Daardoor was het ook niet echt weer voor het zwembad, waardoor de beoordeling misschien wat slechter uitkomt dan bij mooi weer. Maar toch zou ik hier niet snel nog een keer boeken omdat ik denk dat er mooier plekken zijn in de omgeving die dichter bij andere activiteiten liggen.
