+ The service was great, easy checking and checkout. − I had a closet with a missing door, a shower with a missing door, no phone on the room to call room service and there was a door connecting to another room that was not isolated and the noise coming from the neighbor was a lot at some point. The parking is small and there was a day I ended parking in a site I was supposed not to park because there was no more Space available.

+ La ubicación es excelente, porque sales del hotel y ya estas en el centro de San José. − No responden el teléfono, llamé 7 veces, en la noche como a las 7, marqué varias veces y nada, al día siguiente a las 5:30 y tampo o respondieron.

+ Super amplio, buen desayuno y amable personal. − Me tocó una habitación que comunicaba con otra a traves de una puerta trancada. Esa puerta no era aislada y permitía escuchar todo el movimiento de la habitación y baño contiguos.

Nicht empfehlenswert! + Wir waren während unserer Costa Rica Reise 2x im Hotel, weil die Nähe zum Zentrum einfach perfekt ist, aber das zweite Zimmer entspricht absolut nicht den 4 Sternen, die das Hotel angeblich hat! − Es ist alles schon sehr alt und abgenutzt! Das Frühstück war bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt nicht mehr gut. Die drei Damen waren komplett überfordert mit den vielen Gästen beim Frühstück. Nur die Eier waren frisch und warm, alles andere war kalt.

Hotel basico a buen precio + Ubicacion centrica en San Jose − El hotel definitivamente no es de 4 estrellas, no tiene restaurante de servicio completo el cual solo brinda desayuno a la carta y a las 11am se cierra, no hay room service

Buena + El personal muy amable − No hay variedad de desayuno y lo otro cuando el temblor no sonaron las alarmas, ni sabían qué hacer la persona encargada en ese momento.
