Hotel bom, mas a comida pode melhorar muito + Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. As instalações são ótimas − Café da manhã é razoável - pelo hotel e o custo esperava muito mais. Restaurante é pessimo!!! Além de muito caro, a comida estava muito ruim e o atendimento foi pessimo. Não recomendo mesmo jantar por lá.

+ The hot springs were really nice and very clean. There is an amazing view of the volcano. Excellent food at the roof restaurant. − This hotel felt very ‘business like’. Not much individuality or style, felt a little dated. Bar prices were very high.

Terrible + The food − Extremely poorly maintained. The aircon leaked daily in a major way as well as the drainage in the bathroom leaking brown-colored water. Due to the flooding from the air conditioning I fell and broke two vertebrae. I'm still recovering from my injury over a month after, and the hotel offered absolutely no help, concession or care at any point, despite knowing I was badly injured. I'm a frequent visitor of the area, regularly staying at similarly-priced hotels & this has been the absolutely worst experience bar none.

Amazing experience for our family. We didn't want to leave. + Amazing property. The rooms were excellent. The facilities were top notch. We didn't want to leave the thermal baths. Food was great with an amazing breakfast buffet. And the staff was the highlight. So amazing in service, attentiveness, and professionalism. Maybe the best stay that our family has enjoyed. − Nothing
