− El baño no tiene dispensador de jabones ni shampo, ni soporte para poner jabón que entregan. No habían ganchos para colgar la ropa.

Desorden de servicio + La ubicación − Muy desordenado para la recepción. Desde que hice la reserva me habían contactado y preguntado cómo quería las acomodaciones de las habitaciones. Cuando llegué no tenían las habitaciones organizadas ( 3 hab). Me dieron una como no era y todo pedir cambio. La otra que me dieron no le sirvió nunca el aire acondicionado y pedí cambio y me dijeron que no había para cambio entonces me dieron un ventilador. El aire acondicionado súper sucio, se suponen que son de color blanco y estaba tan empapado de polvo que ya estaba de color negro. Dure 1 hora para que me entraban las hab cuando se suponía que ya todo debía estar listo. Porque para eso me llamaron a preguntar.

− Habían cucarachas en la habitación, los accesorios de limpieza del baño muy pocos , el control del tv estaba malo, las luces de la habitación estaban no funcionaban bien , había humedad y se sentía el olor a moo.
