NOS SENTIMOS ROBADOS POR LA AGENCIA DE ALQUILER ALAMO VINCULADA A BOOKING + El hotel el servicio y el personal excelente − Mi hijo reservó en booking un vehiculo para trasladarnos ( cpn agencia de alquiler Alamo).El Pagó $ 400 mil pesos colombianos y al llegar a Alamo nos dijeron que debíamos dejar una tarjeta de crédito en garantía. Mi hijo no tiene tarjeta de crédito entonces ofrecimos la mía o la de mi esposa o dejar la garantía en dinero efectivo. En Alamo se negaron argumentando que era la política. No nos entregaron el vehículo y perdimos los $ 400 mil pesos
