Très agréable hébergement à Bogota + Hôtel situé à quelques blocs du Parque 93, autour duquel on trouve nombre de restaurants et commerces, dans une zone résidentielle par ailleurs calme. Nous avions un hébergement spacieux au dernier étage, agréable et confortable. Petit-déjeuner buffet bien garni. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Als Stadthotel trotz Allem empfehlenswert. + Das schöne Haus und die Größe der Zimmer − Das Frühstück war mangelhaft, hier ist gehörige Luft nach oben. Mindestkenntnisse an englischer Sprache sollte man erwarten dürfen.

− Durante el desayuno no me sentí debidamente atendida. Entiendo que el servicio es tipo buffet; sin embargo, tuve que solicitar atención en varias ocasiones y mi mesa no contaba ni siquiera con cuchara, por lo que tuve que ir a buscarla. Percibí mucho afán y estrés en el equipo, lo cual hace que se pierda la atención personalizada. Como recomendación, sería importante mejorar la organización del servicio para que los huéspedes se sientan atendidos y acompañados durante el desayuno.
