Great stay + Hotel was great amazing location Our room was fabulous although a bit dark as there is no real windows The reception staff were fabulous very helpful especially when things went wrong The bell man was great too they both spoke very good English and were extremely helpful The pool was lovely to come back to after a tour with free sun hats to wear see below about loud music though − We wasn’t met at the right terminal when we landed and although this was not the hotel fault as they hire an agency they did sort it out in the end and gave us a discount for the inconvenience We had a problem at breakfast one morning we never normally complain but we felt it was unacceptable when we are paying a lot to stay here the lovely lady on reception took us seriously and told the head of the restaurant The next morning we were treated like kings and they gave us an upgrade which we really appreciate The guy at the pool plays music so loud that you can’t hear anything else a…

Beautiful property. Chaotic and hectic customer service experiences. + Booked this hotel via American Express Travel. Upon check in we were told that there is no upgrade available by the front desk and bell hop man. After some talking amongst themselves the female decided to call her manager that was off duty and didn’t return to work until days later. She said that her manager approved us for an upgrade but her co worker said he cannot show us that room. We asked why and he just shrugged us off. He then said he can show us a room but we wouldn’t like it because it’s a downgrade. We went to see that room anyway and it was indeed a much smaller room and a downgrade. Eventually we decided on staying in the first room they gave us and they said tomorrow after people check out that they might be able to move us to a jr suite or suite. The next day the front desk informed us that they have a room ready and will move our things for us. When we got into the room we noticed immediately that…

Romantic Cartagena + Excellent location. Excellent staff. Ready to accommodate our desires. Find Will, he makes the best Mojitos in this hemisphere. The place is a joy to walk around with history seeping through the walls. Ideal pool up top to chillax.

Hotel Capellan - Perfect location + This hotel is 10 out of 10!!!! The roof top pool and bar are comfortable and the servers were attentive. Nataly was amazing and took care of all our needs and organized rides and gave great directions. The included breakfast was good with an assortment of fruits, bread and eggs.

Precioso y muy bien ubicado + Es precioso el hotel, y las habitaciones muy amplias y decoradas con gusto. Muy bueno el desayuno. La recepcionista súper amable − A las habitaciones les falta luz natural. El primer día en el desayuno tardaron casi una hora en servirnos el café!!!

The hotel staff was very far and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Centralized locally + Great area, everything was walking distance away. Very clean property and friendly staff. − I can’t think of anything I didn’t like, I had a great time here.
