    + Hotel is a very well maintained property, but the location did not please me. It is in a secluded place.At night, when I reached there and it was raining, the taxi was not allowed to go near the Porch.

    Not ANYWWHERE NEAR CANTON FAIR + I am very displeased with my recent booking. I SPECIFICALLY booked the Mulian hotel, and was willing to pay a premium because it is stated that is is a 6 minute walk to the Canton Fair. The location on the map also confirms this. In reality it is 2 subways stops away , 6 miles or a 15 minute taxi ride! It is stated that is is in Pazhou! No it is NOT! it is on "Bio Island. It is a 15 minute walk just to get to the Guangzhou Metro station! I had many HEAVY boxes that I had to take to and from the fair each day! Walking was impossible ! So I incurred taxi fares, hassles and loss of valuable time both ways on all days. Not only is it not in the location that is claimed, it is in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. There are no other resturants or shops within walking distance. because of its remote location, there is a long wait for a taxi. The hotel is "nice". Everything is brand new. They are still doing construction on the lobby and entrance. T…

    + he hotel is NOT close to the canton fairs complex, I booked daily for the fair and I had to take taxis every day, that caused additional expenses in my business trip, in addition the day of arrival to locate the hotel was very difficult because the address does not match the reality, it seems that this error should be corrected immediately, since it looks like a misleading advertisement that it is about 6 minutes from the complex and you should really walk 900 meters from the hotel to the nearest station of metro and then take 2 stations. The facilities of the hotel, the service and the community are very good.
