Disappointing hotel + Before getting into the details, I want to note that after we raised concerns with management, the hotel did make efforts to improve the situation. We were upgraded to a villa, provided additional bottled water and amenities, and assigned a staff member to assist with the checkout process. These efforts were appreciated and did improve the latter part of our stay. That said, this review is written after those rectification attempts and is meant to reflect the overall experience as a whole, so that future guests have a complete and balanced picture. ⸻ Overall Atmosphere: Guests Often Felt Overlooked The most consistent impression throughout the stay was a lack of attentiveness toward guests physically present on site. My stay exceeded my expectations, my wife loved it, my kids loved it, something for everyone to do. + First, the staff was unbelievably helpful. Anastasia was so helpful introducing all the amenities and provided outstanding recommendations for what to do. Xiaoxiao Jiaolian and Kelly were above and beyond any staff I have ever met when it comes to working with children. They arranged for our two kids (son with special needs) to climb a palm tree and go snorkeling. The restaurants were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best I have had, and the pool house restaurant local style chicken was unbelievable. − Everything was really perfect so I can't think of anything.

+ Просто Отличный Отель. За время отдыха в Санья меняли несколько локаций и этот отель по праву занял первое место. Уединённая территория без посторонних-уже на дальних подступах тщательная проверка въезжающих (без подтверждения бронирования не пропустят). Изумительная планировка и дизайн.Можно любоваться предметами исскуства и изысканным ландшафтом. По вечерам живая музыка. Пляж , наверное, лучший на курорте-белый песок и спокойное бирюзовое море. Лежаков достаточно ,полотенца-вода. Большой, удобный бассейн под тенью деревьев. Номер очень понравился-большой, стильный, продуманный,чистый. Чай, капсульная кофемашина ,минибар с пополнением, приветственные фрукты, десерты, бутылка вина. Матрасс и подушки отличные. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, особенно для любителей местной кухни, но и нелюбители голодными не останутся. Конечно, общение с персоналом,(хотя и очень приветливым) как и везде в Китае, слегка проблематичное, но недавно в отеле появилась сотрудница Анастасия. котора…
