Génial ! + Super séjour avec un personnel adorable surtout Monsieur Jason Zhiang à la conciergerie qui nous a réservé des guides très rapidement et bien conseillé ! Le petit déjeuner était super bon et de large choix et les chambres vraiment spacieuses.

Alojados en hotel de 5 estrellas a un precio imbatible + Un hotel de 5 estrellas, pues poco más hay que decir - el gimnasio, la piscina y los jacuzzi eran excepcionales. El personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación, al lado de la ciudad prohibida (se puede ir andando), es excepcional. − Pues ahora mismo no recuerdo nada que no me gustara.

Comfortable stay for the family + Great location and friendly staff. Room is clean and spacious. − Grand decor but furnishing looks dated and worn. Would be good with a refresh. Appliances such as hairdryer and tv can be refreshed with newer tech.

− Stayed here for a few days. Location is good and the hotel looks quite grand, but honestly, for the price, I expected better service. Breakfast at L Café was quite repetitive, especially when staying for a few days. We were a group of 6 and asked the staff to help us get a table, but they basically just told us to look around ourselves. In the end, we had to find one ourselves. Felt like they were not really bothered. For online delivery, they don’t send it up to the room. I understand maybe due to manpower, but for a 5-star hotel, they can consider using delivery robots like some other hotels. Would be much more convenient. The doorman and concierge are there, but don’t really feel very welcoming or friendly. Nothing majorly wrong, just not the level of service I expected from a 5-star hotel. Hmmm.. so....I felt a bit overpriced.....🥺

Fun experience + It was clean and the bad was sleeping amazing. − Fun experience but it think it lost its stature. You could feel and see it really was fabulous 10 years ago. But now it could use a renovation on some things. But never the less for the money a experience your not gone have soon anywhere else in the city
