Familienurlaub in Peking + Die Herzlichkeit des Personals, die ausgezeichnete Lage und die außergewöhnliche Pool- und Spa-Landschaft (täglich von 6:00 bis 23:00 geöffnet) sowie das reichhaltige und hochwertige Frühstück machen dieses Hotel zu einem absoluten Highlight. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist absolut familienfreundlich, aber sehr ruhig - es gibt keinen Lärm in Spa oder auf den Gängen. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich Sauber. − In China ist das Rauchen in der Öffentlichkeit noch sehr weit verbreitet und akzeptiert. Teils wird auch in den allgemeinen Toiletten des Restaurants geraucht und auch in manchen Zimmern. Dies sollte seitens der Hotelleitung rigoros unterbunden werden.

Molt comfortable i luxosa. + Està cèntric, l’habitació és àmplia, les vistes són boniques (a la ciutat), està molt net. El llit és molt còmode. − Està molt enfocat a turisme xinès o asiàtic. L’esmorzar és molt bo i variadíssim, però poc occidental.

+ The location is very central for all the local sites − We booked an apartment which is quite big 90 square Mears, but it was very old and not renovated. It was also fairly complicated to get there and the whole thing didn’t feel like a grand Hyatt five star experience Hyatt say they will be renovating soon and I would only book it again after renovation.

We had a great stay. + Breakfast was great and so was the hotel location and our room overlooked the fountain which was lovely. − Room slightly tired but great overall but maybe in need of a refurbishment.

Hotel da sogno + Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Grand Hyatt Beijing. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati fin dal nostro arrivo e tutto lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Anna, che ci ha trattati benissimo ed è sempre stata a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Anche tutti i suoi colleghi della reception sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno dato tante informazioni utili durante il soggiorno. La colazione è davvero ottima e molto fornita, con tantissima scelta. Le camere sono sempre state pulite e curate molto bene ogni giorno. Abbiamo inoltre ricevuto un upgrade gratuito della camera, una sorpresa davvero molto gradita! Nel complesso siamo stati davvero molto bene e ci siamo sentiti accolti e seguiti durante tutto il soggiorno. Grazie ad Anna e a tutto lo staff del Grand Hyatt Beijing!

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay in Beijing + We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, with a special thank you to Hanna, who went above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful with activity recommendations, bookings, vegetarian dining options, and navigating the language barrier, which made exploring Beijing so much easier. The Forbidden City was also conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning spa and pool, plenty of great restaurant options, and delicious cocktails, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and Hanna’s kindness and exceptional service truly stood out. Thank you, Hanna, for making our stay so memorable!
