Hotel amb encant amb vistes privilegiades al Volca Osorno + La seva situació privilegiada davant el Llac amb vistes al Volcà Osorno i l’amabilitat de tot el personal − Es nota que es un hotel vell i necessita una remodelacio (la cortina no funcionava, el bany te banyera, l’aire acondicionat fa molt soroll etc)

+ La amabilidad del Personal, la limpieza y la segunda habitación. − A la llegada os dieron una habitación que estaba cerca de maquinaria ruidosa por lo que pedimos un cambio pero en esa zona no llegaba la señal de WiFi, así que finalmente nos asignaron una Suite, amplía, cómoda y tranquila.
