+ Localização ótima para conhecer algumas partes de Santiago à pé. Tem lojas e mercados próximo. A cama do quarto era enorme (king ou maior). Café da manhã muito bom; farto e bem variado. − Recebemos apenas uma chave-cartão de acesso ao quarto apesar de estarmos em duas pessoas. Pelas regras do hotel, ao sair você precisa deixar a chave do quarto na portaria e na volta precisa pedir a chave de volta. No caso de chegarem várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo no hotel, tem que enfrentar uma fila para pegar a chave do quarto de volta, o que pode ser bem frustrante e incoveniente caso retorne pro hotel cansado.
