Excellent value + Beautiful design and great location. Large comfy bed and good size bathroom. Breakfast was good but service was slow - best to arrive early. Very good value for money, we extended our stay. − Not much. There's no sauna in the spa. I would definitely stay here again.

Un refugio maravilloso en medio de la ciudad. + Me encanto la arquitectura y decoración del hotel,la ubicación es excepcional, a cuadras del barrio Lastarria, del GAM, del museo de bellas Artes, del Parque Forestal. Maravilloso. El personal muy amable. La limpieza adecuada. − Al momento de desayunar el bufet estaba desabastecido, de hecho no había nada salado que poner al pan, ni siquiera mantequilla. Solo había un tipo de fruta (pepino dulce que estaba un poco oxidado) que después se complemento con otra (piña) sin mayor variedad. Para un hotel 5 estrellas lo encontré deficiente.
