+ La struttura è meravigliosa, molto centrale per la riva di Losanna e per raggiungere il centro città è attaccata all'imbocco della metro (sono poche fermate e la Svizzera omaggia tutti i suoi ospiti di card gratuite per i mezzi del luogo dove si soggiorna). Beautiful hotel, incredible location - pricey - but this is the price of staying on lake Geneva! + Great location, fabulous welcome, beautiful room with a view. Excellent breakfast − Only 2 points away from a perfect score - AC in room not very good, room was very warm throughout the night even though AC was on full blast and set at 19 degrees, room stayed at 24 degrees. Had cocktails one evening on the terrace, 1st service lady wasn’t very friendly - the second one was! A shame because every team member we engaged with was super friendly, informative and kind - which made the single not great experience stand out.

Qualité prix discutable sans accès au SPA + Le confort et l emplacement − Le SPA était en rénovation et j y allais pour ça. J aurais aimé le savoir avant mon arrivée. De ce fait le rapport qualité prix n était pas à la hauteur.
