Gemütliches Hotel mit super Personal + Das Personal ist super freundlich gewesen. Zu der Lage kann ich nur sagen, das wir dieses Hotel explizit wegen seiner Nähe zum See gebucht haben. Der Ausblick aus dem Balkon war sehr schön. − Frühstück ist sehr knapp gehalten. Keine Aufstriche vorhanden.

+ The staff were all fantastic and one member went above and beyond in helping us find a laundromat nearby. He advised us of the name, address, & how to get there easily. He also advised us of the laundry service via the hotel, but given we were in Geneva on a weekend, we chose not to wait until Monday for the hotel service. Our room was comfortable for a hotel room in a large city and very close to 2 bus stops which allowed easy access to public transit. Also, we could also easily walk to the lake promenade for a stroll. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and given it was unseasonably hot in Geneva, the hotel A/C was much appreciated.

A hotel I always enjoy staying in, very close to Lake Geneva. + I've stayed here a few times before - it's always been good. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, and even had a divider between my half and the half my daughters had. It had AC, which is more important now in Europe's hot summers. Breakfast is always good here, and parking is in a garage down the street now, but was very convenient. Pretty amazing location across from the main park on Lake Geneva, and a wonderful 20 minute walk (or shorter tram ride) from the city center. − Nothing really. The elevator is a bit small, but heck - it fits the charm of the building (and great to have an elevator!), and we made it down with our bags in 2 trips. All good - I always like this hotel.

Great + A good hotel, a brilliant location, a quiet spot next to the park! Friendly and helpful staff !Delicious breakfasts and private parking – although you do have to pay for it! The car park is covered, but keep in mind that the ceiling height is 2.20 metres. We had to park on the street with our boot loaded because our car couldn’t fit under the height restriction.

Todella mukava hotelli mahtavalla sijainnilla ja näköaloilla. + Sijainti on erittäin hyvällä paikalla, monia nähtävyyksiä on aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Hotelli on siisti ja kodikas. − Olimme aamupalalla melko myöhään ja siellä oli hieman ruuhkaista. Rauhallisemman aamiaisen saanee käymällä aiemmin.

Very cute hotel + This is very cute hotel, close to UN building where I was for business. The beautiful park is right over the street and the lake Geneva only 150-200 meters away. Very good location. Talking about the stuff, they are very kind, professional, always smiling, multilingual... I am very happy with my stay. Rooms are very clean and atmosphere is always relaxing. For a 3 stars hotel, they offer very good value.

Eden in Geneva + Lovely hotel, great location near tram and bus stops. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar were closed while we were there, but that was just a matter of timing. Breakfast was excellent.

Good hotel but poor breakfast + Location is nice, cleaning services and staff are very helpful and friendly, but the breakfast is quite poor. I stayed in the same hotel in May this year and no changes at all in terms of breakfast. It's a little sad that there aren't at least some menu changes.

Very good value, comfortable and well located for the city and transport. + Quite traditional. Had everything you needed. The breakfast was lovely, especially the pancake machine. Good selection. Staff very friendly. − Charging 1CHF for in-room coffee is a bit tight. The bedding was itchy could have been softer. No milk sachets in the room.
