+ Bed was good, AC was not that great ( not sure if there is ac or just fan) it was very hot when we stayed so that's why, usually it never gets this hot in Switzerland. Overall hotel is great and I recommend.

Best property in luzern + Without doubt, this was one of the best place we stayed in Switzerland. Starting from lobby / reception to restaurant staffs were extreamly cooperative and warm in receiving guests. The check in procedure is hassle free and the property is just facing the lake. Amazing stay we had during our visit.

Perfect position if you want to travel by train in other places of Switzerland + I booked a twin room with a lake view, but on arrival I was given a 2nd floor room where the view was blocked by trees. The next day, the staff kindly relocated me to a 4th floor room with a beautiful lake view. The front desk was very helpful and even offered me a restaurant and bar discount for my 6-night stay. Overall, I appreciated their service, though my initial request was not fulfilled as expected.

Early arrival + We arrived very early for our stay , naturally our room was not ready as yet .Kris accepted our baggage ,explained interesting places to see in the city and even arranged a free bus ticket to tour the city .He took our phone number and called us when the room was ready .It was a beautiful room . + This has to be one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful.. from great places to visit, and great restaurants other then the one on site. And to have the mountains in the brack drop when you walk out the lobby door.

Great hotel in great location. + Fantastic two night stay on our rail tour of Switzerland. Hotel very close to rail station in a very quiet location. We arrived early and were delighted that our room was ready and we hand been allocated a junior suite! A very welcome surprise half way through our two week tour The room, unsurprisingly, was extremely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Excellent breakfast and evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Our only niggle was, unlike all our other hotels, this one did not provide BBC channels [apart from BBC news]. We were unable to stream iplayer so had a mad scramble to find a station playing England's rugby world cup quarter final match, We managed it with a few moments thank goodness. Other than this, it was an excellent stay.

Excellent Stay at Radisson Blu Lucerne + Check-in was smooth and friendly, with helpful staff who made us feel welcome right away. The lounge area has a modern, stylish feel that sets the tone for the stay. We booked a premium room, which was spacious by European standards. A personalized welcome note with fruit and macarons was a thoughtful touch. The room and bathroom were both clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, quality linens, and a reasonably sized LED TV. Everything felt well-maintained. The gym was well-equipped with all the standard machines, clean, and in good condition—perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. Location is excellent: right next to the train station for convenience, yet slightly on the edge of the city center, which makes it peaceful/quiet but may be less appealing if you want to be right in the city. It’s an easy, safe walk to the main attractions, and the hotel also offers transport options (though we didn’t need to use them). Overall, …

Great place in Lucerne! + We loved our experience! The hotel is close to the train station making commuting easy, and the inclusion of public transit in Lucern area made it easy to get around. The tub was also great for soaking after long walking days!

Lovely people lovely hotel + I was made very welcome by the desk staff in my 2 night stay. The hotel is very comfortable with lovely views of the lake and alps. My room was also very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed were comfortable as were the pillows. The shower and toiletries were great. I used the carport which is under the hotel and very convenient and clean. My only issue with the carpark is that’s it is a bit tricky to navigate the gates with a right hand drive car! The only downside of the hotel is you have to walk passed the drunks and down and outs by the station to get to the town but otherwise I had a great stay.

Viking Rhine cruise Post-Extension + The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Lucerne. The staff is customer friendly and very helpful. The Luce Restaurant offers an amazing breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay.

Switzerland stays + Excellent location, good atmosphere, near to the train station and city center.. entrance is also superb with a nice bar... little issue is that they do not have room service staff most of the time...although there is no such big issue as the reception will take care of that...

Not Pleasant Stay + We had a three nights stay. We asked for an extra blanket the first night. The person who answered the phone said they didn't extra blanket, then he said he had a child one. After a few conversations, he agreed to bring one blanket but he never did. All towels are thin and old. they did not give a facial towels. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Exceptional Service in a Difficult Situation. + My wife, our little dog Sky, and I had just arrived in Lucerne after a long journey from Singapore, looking forward to settling in at the Radisson Blu. Unfortunately, when we reached the hotel, the front desk was unable to locate our booking. It appeared that although we had confirmed our reservation through Agoda, the booking details had never been transmitted to the hotel. What followed was about 1.5 hours of uncertainty as I tried to contact Agoda through their call line, live chat, and WhatsApp. During that time, my wife and I were understandably worried that we might not have accommodation for the night. However, what could have been a very stressful experience turned into a memorable one because of the exceptional hospitality from the front desk team. Good all rounder + On arriving at my room, I was slightly amazed at its location - It overlooked a huge area of train sidings / So, having requested a quiet room, I thought it wouldn't be. It turned out to be not too bad. -In the evenings/ nights, there was occasional rumbling noise, like that of a generator - I don't know if this was a train locomotive or maybe even a tourist boat, testing things - there were several parked on the lake out the front. So the room overlooked, primarily, across the train tracks, and about 40% of it looked at the lake (double aspect/ the corner of the building). I was on floor 5, and above, on floors 6 and 7 are private residences (not the Radisson hotel) - There was occasional minor noise, but nothing too awful. Anyway, this all grew on me, as it wasn't too bad, noise wise ..and the room was huge and well appointed (though the bed was a little firm for my liking).
